Great bus to travel to Aurangabad from Ahmedabad and Aurangabad to Ahmedabad. Good staff kind and supporting. Just need to improve bedsheets and pillows. Overall great.

One of the best travels service for Nagpur to Aurangabad / Jalna route. Full marks for new vehicles for this route in terms of cleanliness, adherence to timings, polite staff and overall service. Infact, I was surprised to see automated calling systems for reminders & service.

I am a frequent traveler never had any complaints, one time it was rainy day and due to that the Air-conditioned had some issue which I was unaware of. I was wondering why the AC is not up this time so I just called the respective number they provide and told them my issue. Immediately the bus owner himself called me enquired and told the Bus driver to look upon it. Within 10 minutes they resolved the issue and the journey was good like usually it is.

Wonderful service and amazing interiors with highly hygenic clean compartments. Mobile charging , better size pillow, classic mattress, spacious luggage space inside bus, boot space and much more. Cleanliness was good. Staff behaviour was also good. All basic amenities were there. Blankets, air freshener, AC, curtain, lights.

My Mom was travelled in the bus... And she said experience was Good , and staff is helpfull but when we want help from them we have to wake up them first that's was a issue bcoz if a women is travelling so she can't go there to wake up them
