India Post - Bengaluru Sub Foreign Post Office

I was trying to Track some documents sent via USPS Priority mail & was held for almost a week. After 2-3 tries, someone picked up my call and honestly emailed me the status of the package in 60 minutes. I agree that things are pretty slow here but try to approach them via their helpline or email and they will definitely be able to help you. They have resolved my issue on the same day..

Visited this office two months ago to enquire my parcel booked by air from US. It was almost 15 days passed after boking. Good response from people. That was very urgent for me . Met one person in basement. Forgot his name. He politely answered me though he was very busy. Speaks good english. He checked something in his PC, told his guys to open two bags in front of me n found my parcel. They did not give it me. He said u will receive after customs examination. But he has not given his mobile number. Cant expect more. Anyway i got my parcel safely.

Foregin post office means custom office but the person who's parcel is arrived the same person should god and take the parcel. Foregin post office or custom office is good. Foregin post office or custom office staff are good. Foregin post office or custom office is well maintained clean premises.

I contacted for my parcel , they addressed my query very promptly..Very good service.

I called this office to know the status of my international parcel. Was able to speak to someone who gave me correct update. The person was polite, up to the point and patient enough to clarify all my doubts.

I wish it would not have taken that much time (~10 days from Mumbai to Bangalore IndiaPost) to deliver foreign post. But without knowing what goes into the business of dealing with foreign parcels, I would not like to comment on their processes or staff.

I did money exchange here. And I have been offered new 10s bundle.
I would suggest this post office for sending speed post any where in country. Reasonable price not like other private name sake courier services

Someone finally picked up the call after roughly 6 attempts and politely listened to my queries and directed me to the Musuem road post office. I was tracking a USPS shipment.
