This Ganesha Temple gives peace of mind to anyone who visits it. It is situated just outside of Secunderabad Railway station and best spot to start your day by praying to Lord Ganesha.

8:00 am to 9:30 am is the best time to go as there will be less crowd and you can have your darshan peacefully.

It is a very old traditionally well made temple and inspite of the bustling crowd around the temple, it feels nice to sit inside the temple and meditate and make wishes for fulfilment and happiness

Very good temple and peaceful, temple is very big, Monthly a special puja is performed early morning and evening on sankatahara chaturthi one can buy tickets in online or at temple Puja cost rs 500/.
FYI : Its better to use public transport or bike.

Sri Ganapathi Temple in Secunderabad deserves a special mention in terms of architectural grandeur and spiritual holiness. Historians believe that the magnificent idol of Lord Ganesh was discovered in 1824 by the Indian soldier of the Madras Regiment, while they were digging portable water well there. With great devotion, the Sepoy devoted the idol and installed it in an architecturally wonderful temple, built according to Aagama Sastra. This temple is located near rathifile bus station and Secunderabad railway station. This temple is now acclaimed as one of the big temples of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, captivating devotees with their rare spiritual environment. It is also said that the idols of Sri Navagraha Valli Deva Sena Sametha Sri Subrahmanya Swamy and Sri Anjaneya Swamy were consecrated and installed inside the temple in 1932.

In 1824 the idol (murthy) of Bhagwan Ganesha was found in a well nearby, and was believed to be installed by then Sankaracharya of Kanchi. It houses the shrines of Yagnashala, Venkateswara, Navagraha, Sanjeevaraya Anjaneya under peeple tree, Swayambhu Ganesha, Lord Shiva, Goddess Kamakshi, Utsava Murty Mantapa and Sayana Mantapa in a clockwise order... Very peaceful and serene environment in a otherwise ultra busy environment outside... It has limited parking and one can use railway paid parking instead... Worth a visit... It is a favourite of city students and first time job seekers for his divine blessings to embark on the new projects and careers ahead ...

It's my favourite place and all the gods are there where I am taking blessings and doing Pooja/Archana. For 30 years I have been visiting the temple and wishes become true.

A very popular place of worship. Close to Rathifile bus stand and Secunderabad station. Access by MMTS, Metro Blue & Green lines and TSRTC buses from every part of the city. No parking for either 4 or 2 wheelers. Extremely busy road with heavy traffic and footpaths near non-existent due to kiosks. Even stopping a vehicle to alight creates a traffic jam. Nearest parking (paid) is Secunderabad railway station south as well as north side.

The management needs to take care of the parking and introduce digital payments for Pooja payments, though they have a UPI payment option for Hundi.

I did t expect the place os excellent I thought that is very small temple and it is very big temple. All Sivayya family is here , venkateswara swamy. Anjaneya swamy satynarayanaswamy vratham, durga matha everything in one place. Temple is one of the telgana endowment temple. Its a very good and huge place to stay and relax with family.

Located near secunderabad junction. It is in main road, so it is easy to reach. During ganesh chaturthi the temple is a bit crowd. It takes 10 minutes to worship. There's a separate counter for prasadam. During the crowd just take care of your belongings. While collecting the footwear just look whether it is yours or not.

Parking is a big problem. Otherwise excellent place for positive energy. Went for viewing a concert yesterday. Excellent performance.. Pranamam to Karra Srinivas garu.
