Previously it used to be situated on the banks of river Ganga but as the water of holy river Ganga why back it is now a little away from the bank of ganga.. It is the most soothing temple I find in Kanpur.. Generally there is no much resh at this temple except on Shivratri and in the month of Saawan...
I find it the best place for meditation...

Jageshwar shiv mandir is a very awesome temple.it is very well made.Its beauty praise is well said when you see the temple.Regularly approx 200 people comes here to worship the lor shivji and mata parvati ji .This is located at very good place.I like the infrastructure and the temple priest.

Very old & one of the main Shiv temples of Kanpur. Situated at Mainawati Marg near Kanpur Zoo. Earlier it was located at the bank of holy river Ganga, now main stream of Ganga is shifted far away.
