They are reckless.
The stadium is being developed using public money.
Infact it's running track facilities are far better than the city's main stadium.

But they don't allow any outsider(aspirant) to use it.
It was being developed under GOI scheme KHELO INDIA and renamed as Deen dayal updhayay stadium.

But they think it is Khelo kewal university ke bcche. INDIA NAHI.

They could have started charging a development fees and allowed any aspirant who wishes to use the facility for developing his/her physical standards.

But they think they are the boss.

Stadium is best.
But you won't be able to enter it.
STUPID MANAGEMENT.

Last but not the least...
There is some coach from outside who usually brings his 5 to 6 students to train them...
