Very good rooms, spacious and clean. Staff is really very nice and courteous and co operative.
Best hospitality. Also I found it safe as solo female traveller.

Stayed here for 4 Days. All the staff are super friendly which makes the stay peaceful and comfortable.
Food is also good. The person at reception is very kind.
Special thanks to Rajender ji for making the stay comfortable.
Overall it is a 5 star stay.

I use to stay 8 to 10 days in a month.number of other venues also available but I choose to prefer to stay in down town only bcoz very very comfortable stay along with very nice food.Me Santosh a well boy always happy to help with cheerfully smile.

Cleanliness was of the highest standard. Covid protocol was followed quickly. Very well behaved and helpful staff. Location is in the city center. Food quality is good and the serving was hygienic. A little improvement is required in the room service for food. Value for money.

Firstly this is not just a hotel but it's one of the best hotels in Kanpur. Let me share my experience with you all. I had my sangeet ceremony in the hotel and the owner Mr. Sahib and the General Manager Mr. Singh were extremely helpful and caring. They made sure that i had the best experience with my family and friends. There food spread is exceptional and Dal Makhani is a must try. The decoration was beautifully done with each detail in consideration. I loved the event and thankful to the team of Hotel Downtown. You guys made my Sangeet ceremony not just special but memorable. Will surely visit again and would recommend it to others.
