Firstly Dhruv the guy who runs the dealership is super nice & very welcoming guy . Then the rest of the staff is also very friendly and work harmoniously amongst each other. I bought an xpulse 200 T from them last month and my experience is that I have zero complaints and on top of it I can say that what I'm getting from what I paid just puts a smile on my face everytime I overlook my choice. A good value for money product from our Indian Hero.

I did go for my bike service. They did it well and on time. Reception guy and mechanic was OK. Service station has sitting, drinking water and toilets arrangements. I don't know about showroom.
