I am a customer of Bank of Baroda.The staff of the bank is very rude, especially the female staff, I have tried 4 times for internet banking and QR code, but every time their server does not work, there is no customer care staff, and I used to go there for withdrawing cash from ATM. AC at the ATM room never runs. During winter, it was alright. But in summer, it is like bathing in sweat. Hence, I have stopped going there. The manager should take action on this so that the public is not disturbed, there should be customer care, the bank should have a phone number and email address for end customer complaints,

I am not a customer of Bank of Baroda. I used to go there for withdrawing cash from ATM. AC at the ATM room never runs. During winter, it was alright. But in summer, it is like bathing in sweat. Hence, I have stopped going there.
