Room and hotel was good. For 2500rs . The hotel was very good. They had gym on top floor and entrance was also nice. Food is okish but I would say it's way better than any other hotel at this cost. They gave me print out of document at late night. Service is good but slow. But it's good. At this cost it's the best hotel u can find in kanpur. They had lot of space for parking

The hotel interior is nice(what else can I expect from kanpur). But the hotel staff are incapable of service which includes maintenance, room service, etc.
They need to emphasize these services.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It was on my way from Lucknow and it is just 15mins drive from the main city. The food quality and taste is unbelievable and the options are never ending. I also used the gym which was fantastic. The pool is under renovation but there is also spa and other recreational space to take advantage of. The staff was courteous and always answered any questions I had for them whether it was related to the hotel or the city itself. I had a great time and would recommend you to stay here.

The experience was amazing from it didn't feel like it's in the town area of Kanpur. The inside was neat and clean. It looked like a great hotel for staying. And the washrooms were also comfortable and clean.

The hotel is quite spectacular in its beautiful ambience and the hospitality is 5/5
However, the pricing is slightly higher but it provides an overall experience which is better than I expected.
Anytime I visit Kanpur, I stay in this hotel only.

Good Ambience and High Quality services. Great value for Money. Food is tasty though room service need to be improved and the services need to be bit better. Overall a great experience. Front Office Manager Mr. Dubey is good at helping out guests.

I was a bit unsure at the time of booking. But was pleasantly surprised upon my visit. Almost new hotel and very clean rooms and toilet. Early checking given to me as requested. Well behaved hotel staff. Highly recommended if you plan to stay in Jajmau.

We stayed there for 5 days and we had a wonderdul experience. The property is very neat and tidy with all the basic amenities available at affordable rates. Staff was very cooperative and professional. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Kudos to Heaven view clark inn hotel team!

Nice hotel with clean and tidy bathroom.staff is friendly and the hotel is running on principles of a five star hotel. Only recommendation is the breakfast buffet which could be upgraded with more options at kiosk and better food quality.overall a nice and cosy place to stay.

Rooms are clean, hygienic and spacious.
Rates are little bit higher but it's okay to spent a day of business trip.

Good clean but room service is bit slow ,also break fast is not complementary you should have it.
