Kachada to the core govt Bank is better then hdfc bank ! No accountability or no coordination. The branch manager sleeps inside the cabin when the customer argues with each other outside . Finally transferring my home loan to icici bank where you can pay online partial amount as and when required and very easy top up process

After reading the reviews i was sceptical or rather say scared about what will be my experience about the loan closure and getting the original documents back. I went there to foreclose the loan wherein it took my an hour Max wherein i got guidance and also suggestion about how to proceed with the documents collection and when they will be given back. I requested them to get it done early however they mentioned that i will get an email notification about the appointment date and time (perfectly alright for me). The acknowledgement i got for handing over the foreclosure cheques mentioned the date. I sent multiple emails to customer service to get the appointment date preponed as needed it however the date was as per the acknowledgement (understood policies and procedures take time). Reached on date and time and got the documents in less than 30 minutes. I have given the review 5 stars for my exceptional experience with HDFC. Thank you all once again.

Went in to get a DD and file TDS. The process took me like 30mins and the staff were very helpfull. Special shout out to Vinitha who helped me with TDS and sent me an email for the acknowledgement before the agreed upon time. She understood my urgency and took it on herself to help me out. I have been a customer of HDFC for almost 10years but today was the first time I felt like a valued customer. Thank you for making my day
