An excellent initiation by Corporation to make city more attractive with a environmental friendly scrap park which will attract kids & elders,it will be more useful to these generation kids if the municipal Corporation arrange the teaching classes of scrap management.

Good creativity of iron scrap sculptures and good greenery between M.G.Road and Eluru canal in front of police control room centre of the city. Government must maintain the quality of this area.

This scrap sculpture park is located on the Ryves canal bund stretch near police control room junction.
Several tonnes of scrap mountained in Vijayawada municipal corporation vehicle depot generated a creative idea in officials to set up a scrap sculpture park as a part of the city beautification.
Sculptors from different places came here and made outstanding structures of antelope, swan, owl, camel, dragon fly, flying horse, cranes, giraffe and cow out of exhaust pipes, gear shafts, chasis rails, wheel rims and every other bit of scrap available in the vehicle depot.
Sculptures made out of scrap are attractive and getting good response from visitors.

The scrap park was very excellent. I didn't knew about it until I passed by it. The sculptures were awesome. The bike was like that of ghost riders.
