I am one of the first customers of this branch. And all these years I've never had any complaints with them. They've always been kind and helpful to any queries and problems I have. It's a good branch with good people.

The bank officials are too lazy and not at all cooperative. You've to visit the bank 2-3 days for a small work. Everytime i visit this branch it makes me wait for hours. Employee are outdated specially "Nandy" Sir . If u go midday than its like a dhaba/hotel. Such a lazy place. .Ki Nisina Manuhok Job Diye 😡😡😠

Horrible service. Workers waltz in late, no regard for customer time. Had to walk out after waiting for 40+minutes for a locker transaction. Better seek more professional banking

One of the officials there is so ill mannered...When I went there to open a fixed deposit they mocked by saying what a small amount you are depositing...it should not be a matter for any of the officials there whether or how much I deposit or invest ...do change your attitude towards the customers
