This is a very old mahadev mandir in Ahmedabad, ir is situated in rakhiyal. Rakhiyal police station, Narayana multispeciality hospital, kalanthari masjit, rakhiyal chat rasta all are situated very near to this mandir, The main idol of this mandir is a huge size shivling. On the the fay of maha shivrarhri & janmashtami the temple is so crowded. It is a very calm & quiet spiritual place where we can get peace of mind.

Very old temple of lord Shiva in rakhiyal area, most of the time in saavan month they decorate and some creative statue and lingam of lord Shiva. Routine days it's just simple temple.

This temple is famous for two day's within a year. First is janmastmi and second one is shivratri. This both day it's has many people reach at this temple for praying to the god. And in this temple, I saw a big shivling.
