Got 5 entries made in pass book and had to stand in line for 2 hours to read it, that too in metro city.

On June 26th, 2020. They were processing 1 query per hour. Had to wait in line for 2 hours even though I had 3 people ahead of me. 5 stars if I were an employee here, no stress and chill job. I would give zero star if possible as a customer. Had to wait in heat outside because they were not allowing anyone inside.

Pathetic place. Staff is bad & irresponsible. People visiting there are quarrelling everytime.
