A very good gym, I have been coming for more than a year and will continue to do so in the future. They have all the necessary machines and the trainers are very helpful, especially Virang Sir.

Great gym located at a very prime location in Shahibaug.
Has all sorts of machine that you’d need for a full body workout, amazing trainers, separate changing/wash-rooms for women and men, healthy salad canteen and water cooler. They provide other activities like- zumba, aerobics, crossfit, yoga, and kickboxing.
The usual gym membership is 8K for 12months. You can also opt only for other activities at Rs6.5K for 12months.
There is enough parking near the complex and in the basement.
The gym is on the 5th floor and has 2 lifts in case you don’t want to climb up the stairs. The terrace is also a part of it and you can do cross fit and other activities there.
Overall, a great workout place.

In this gym very good service and very good staff specially trainers like ashok sir,mohit sir are so good supportive and group activities are all days in gym and also 3 times in a single day,as specially Naresh sir & geet maam classes are amazing.

The gym is best weight loss

Very good guidance from all the coaches from different departments.Proper guidance in weight loss and muscle workout format,techniques and diets etc.And One more thing to add personal training is much more useful helps in more respectfully from personal experiece.I have taken training from Narain Rana sir.#lifefitnesspro.
