Very motivating and energetic trainers at Sparta, quite helpful. All trainers are well versed with the relevant training to be done based on the conditions. Very supportive trainers especially Yogesh. Great first time gym experience at Sparta. Appropriate machines available for every workout possible.

One of the best gym in dwarka.. such cool Vibes and ambience… the owner has deep knowledge of what is really important in a professional gym.. Sick🔥machines for chest and legs.

I have recently joined Sparta Gym Dwarka, so far as my experience amenities provided by gum and their equipment are good and trainer Sanjay ji has been very helpful and encouraging in training.

This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Everything is so clean, Hygiene level on top. So much satisfied with machine. The workouts are always new and engaging and the instructors care about not only getting you to sweat, but also making sure you are staying safe and move towards your goal.

I love the vibe of this place. The trainers are pretty good too. They actually help you with workouts and are always cautious that noone does wrong workout. The washrooms are really clean as well. Overall great value for money.

New to the gym sphere, been a good experience. Quite a supportive and motivating atmosphere. The trainers are quite helpful as well, especially Yogesh is quite attentive and has curated workouts according to my specific requirements.

I am Glad to be a member of Sparta Gym. This is the perfect Fitness centre with advanced equipment and well trained professional trainers.
Management (Lower to Top level) is organised and co-operative. Everything is in a proper way, keeping the gym hygienic and taking care of clients with all due respect by all the trainers. Though it is a unisex gym, i feel secure and safe.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to my Personal Trainer Amit who is very much dedicated towards his work and guiding me in the right direction. He helped me understand my fitness journey. Every session he constructs a new workout plan and there is always something to take back.

I went to 3 popular gyms in Dwarka but once I came to Sparta, I never went anywhere else. I have been here for almost 27 months, first 18 months without PT and rest with PT. It's an awesome experience. All staff and trainers are very cordial. They constantly keep a watch on all members to rectify or help, if and when required.

I recommend it to all fitness enthusiasts.

Sparta gym is best gym for your workout. I would rate them 5 star in terms of hygienic. Yogesh and rahil sir is an amazing trainer.....always helps me up during my workout .....corrects my form and is very friendly. trainers like him are much needed for the beginners. Thank you.
