The gym is really nice and all the equipments needed are present here and the gym instructors also have a good knowledge and guide properly

I recently visited Memnagar Plus Fitness Gym, and it has been a fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are well-maintained, and I appreciate the variety of equipment available. Overall, a great place for a fulfilling workout.

It has been few months from now that i have joined Plus Fitness - Memnagar. I take Personal Training from Amit sir.

It's a 24*7 gym with all the new generation equipments. Experienced trainers are always available except on sunday. They also provide a sauna bath for all the gym members and it can be used anytime anyday. They also have a mobile application to track your total visits, gym workouts, health progress, etc. It also provides gift hampers on achieving specific goals.
