This gym is amazing. Amazing facilities, top equipment, and a great environment. Good service with friendly staff and a super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

Mr. Shahid is a very professional coach, always smiling and courteous, and instills a feeling of relaxation and harmony that are the right notes to feel at ease.

A very spacious gym...Proper equipments available...Trainer properly guides how to do the exercises if you are a newbie... Timings are also very good 6am-11pm...I have my female PT(Ruksana) who guides me properly and have already started seeing the changes in my body....Great for women and best for men.... Gym owner is a very down to earth person guides you wherever required.
