It can be a little confusing, but it is a great stay before an early flight. You need to go to gate 1 at terminal 3, call the hotel help desk and they can escort you into the terminal. Once in the terminal, there is a desk in the far left behind the banks of ticket counters. The help staff will get you to your room without a boarding pass (the ticket counters don't open up until 4 hours before boarding)

Anand helped me through the process and made everything go great. I received some of the best service I've ever had, they treat the platinum tier guests best well! I will definitely stay there again after a long week working in India.

I have had the most beautiful airport transit experience staying at Holiday Inn. The credit goes to the hotel staff that went above and beyond for extending their services.

I was feeling nauseated, with very less time to check in for my flight. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me some medicines so I feel comfortable. They made sure I reach my check in counter and get my boarding passes. Thanks Holiday Inn at T3 for making my solo traveling experience so comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Of Inn express in New Delhi, and I was very impressed. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the Karelian pies. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Inn express , and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in New Delhi.

After being refused to board my flight & rescheduling, I ended up being sick & dehydrated. When my brother spoke to the staff, understanding my condition & despite the unavailability of rooms, we were given a spot to stay for the night. That made all the difference. I was able to travel home without much issues. I'm so thankful and grateful to the staff for all the help. Kudos to you for your humanity and sincere concern!

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years. The rooms, service, security, food and staff were all 5 Star in quality.
We plan to stay here again this year and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Rupa Shah was amazing!! I missed my flight and was stranded at the airport with my 2 year old. Rupa saw me crying and upset and calmed me down and helped me get a room. The rooms were very nice and clean. The reception desk was very pleasant and the restaurant staff were also very sweet. 5/5 recommend! Will definitely book in advance if I have any flights out of Delhi again.

The service is very good, the employees go out of their way to make sure you are happy and it is a wonderful place to wait for your flight. It is great.

Very convenient place to crash after a long flight. Customer service was great, considering I booked the wrong day and they fit me in. Anand was a huge help in guiding me through the process on my first India trip.

Rooms are really great with the advantage of staying inside the airport itself especially without traveling to Aerocity hotels.The staff was really great and provided incredible service.I got an opportunity to interact with three really great people at this hotel.1) Mr Adil ,he is one of the most experienced technical staff having years of experience at this hotel who listened and understand our issue and without us requesting any favor he did his best to make my day and experience better.2) Mr Jain(Reception)he really took great care of keeping the bills ready at the checkout he was also very helpful 3) The entire restaurant staff was really great and they exactly provided what we requested and the food was fresh and delicious.My experience with this hotel was really amazing after staying at so many hotels located in Aerocity.

EXCELLENT customer service. Nawab took such good care of us, above and beyond, and he did it with a warm smile and a heart of service. He helped me find my luggage which was lost in the Delhi airport, he took care of everything! I just relaxed and ate dinner in the hotel (DELICIOUS). Rajan in the restaurant was so kind, like we were eating in his home. I highly recommend staying here. Nawab said he would take care of my parents when they come next week… I am so touched! He is a true professional.

Location and service is good.Rooms are not senior citizens friendly. The bathroom step is almost 10 inches high and it is difficult for elderly people to step up with out any Handel .Hope they do something about it.Restaurent offers good morning Breakfast.

We had a very long layover between our flights and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express located inside the Delhi Airport. Very convenient for travelers with long layovers, rooms were a nice size and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nawab Shah met me outside baggage claim and accompanied me to the hotel until I checked-in. There was another staff who accompanied me the next morning to check into my flight. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Although getting to the rooms is complicated, the staff is very helpful in getting you to your room. Their service is amazing and they give 150% effort. If you meet Nawab, you will be taken care of!

I had great experience everytime I stayed at the holiday inn Delhi airport ( terminal 3 ) location excellent , service excellent especially Aakash and Sushanshu , Kala and Ravinder , I am forgetting a few names but all the staff was great and very helpful .

I had a long layover and was getting ready for a very long flight, so I decided to get a room. The room wasn’t cheap for just a few hours, but I guess they would still have go service the room regardless if it was 4 hours or an entire night, so it wasn’t terrible. The room was very nice and although it wasn’t big, it had all the amenities you’d need for a short stay. There was a desk, nice bathroom and a comfy bed.

Had a layover with family for 7 hours after a 16 hours flight. No major issues and it is safe for international travelers. Staff were very helpful. Had to keep the luggage with us until domestic re-check in is available for the next morning. The hotel is in a secure zone and we cannot move in and out without hotel personnel accompanying us.
