The team of doctors and staff were also very welcoming and generous. They made us there feels like home. Their services were exceptional even after post operations. Doctors regularly monitored my father’s recovery and also provided with the feedback on progress.

My father had bypass surgery performed by Dr Anil Jain,Who is word class surgeon, Handled the case professional and seriously. Overall experience was great without any issues. Need improvement in ICU care and shared feedback to Dr Anil jain and assured me new EPIC building will have improved facilities and care.

We had my fathers bypass surgery a few weeks back and I have to say they are thorough professionals. Obviously Dr. Anil jain is extremely swift with his work and to add his team and nursing station staff is also always attentive and careful towards your needs. A special mention to Dr. Kinjal shah and jecky sis who were always on their toes and taking good care of my dad along with one of their attendant dinesh Kaka who is humble and does his work with whole hearted dedication. Our colleague form retired IFFCO Employyes group was admitted for the prostate operation. We got excellent support from Marketing and Insurance team and doctors and staff Particularly Shri Dilip Chauhan Sr.Manager Marketing and his team.

I took my father for bypass surgery in this hospital on the recommendation of a friend. We travelled almost 400 km to reach this hospital and I must tell you it was well worth. Dr Anil Jain who owns this hospital and also the main cardiac surgeon is very humble. He has a kind of healing touch. He did the successful bypass surgery of my father.
Every staff from security to reception, ward boy, all nurses, supporting doctors and staff all are very polite and take care of patient very carefully. Hospital hygiene is also very good.

I would also like to mention Dr Shardha and Dr Shweta. They are outstanding and very friendly. In the billing department Mr Vishal and Mrs Shweta were very very helpful.

I want to mention many more names but I don't know their names.

The only improvement I can suggest is the canteen food. Food is good but it is very spicy and high prices. This should be improved.

My father is recovering well at the moment and we all could see and feel it.

Overall a wonderful hospital with wonderful services.

My mother had her bypass surgery been done here. She was in a very critical condition when we got here. But all thanks to doctors here. They are so well behaved, so professional and experts at what they do. Dr. Anil Jain who is the specialist in cardiac issues is a gem of a person. He is so humble. Also other staff is just amazing, they are just so helpful and kind. You will feel like home talking to them. All together, a great hospital to get treated.

I've had a surgery at epic hospital with Dr Marothi and stayed in hospital for almost 6 days. One of the best care I've received in hospital. Hospital staff is very very friendly and very responsive. They understand the needs of patient and do not think a moment to help day and night. It reassures my faith in people and hospital care. There are number of doctors, nurses, helping/ cleaning staff that care!

It gives me immense pleasure to share my feedback for the excellent service received from the staff of Epic Hospital for my father’s treatment. The place and Dr. Anil Jain comes highly recommended and we got reference for the hospital from Bombay Hospital in Indore. We had to immediately rush to Ahmedabad driving 462 KMs in ambulance taking into account my father’s critical condition.
And once we reached hospital my father received excellent care and treatment from the hospital staff and his bypass was successfully done and now he is recovering slowly.

My father-in-law had his operation done by Dr Jain and his team. Prior to reaching Epic hospital, we got different opinions about his health and survival by different doctors which made us loose our hopes of his recovery and survival, however we got to know about Dr. Anil Jain by relatives and we rushed there without thinking about consequences.

We felt relieved and confident once we met Dr Jain and his team and thankfully the surgery went well and the recovery was good as well.

During our stay in hospital, the surgery got postponed due to some emergency occurred in Rajasthan but Dr Jain approached very humbly and prioritised our case. It was good gesture from such a great surgeon.

The overall staff members were really helpful.

I am writing this feedback after almost 2.5 months of my father's Bypass Surgery at Epic Hospital. I will be very genuine in my feedback. Starting with Dr. Anil Jain sir who is subject matter expert in Bypass surgery and he proved that for my father's surgery as it was very critical considering age factor and other health problems like blood pressure and diabetes. I want to thank you Dr. Anil Jain sir for his laser focus treatment of bypass surgery.
There are few things which I wanted to highlight is regarding support staff which is they are highly greedy for money and keep you reminding that if you give money then only they will serve you better. There is clear guidance from hospital that no one should give money to anyone but staff is only working for extra money including security guards.
This needs to be improved.

Last but not least I wanted to highlight two people from epic Hospital who are like God and supported us in getting my father recover from infection in the wound area. Dr. KUSH SIR and Sister Jagruti who have worked very hard for almost two months to cure the infection. Without thier support it would have been very hard for us to stay positive.
