I have given the 1 star initially because of the miss-understanding but doctor Mr. Denish Patel responded very quickly and shorted out the doubts immediately. Very good spine doctor indeed.

I would be happy to write a good review for a hospital. Here's my review:

I recently had the opportunity to visit Avaron hospital , and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and service that I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me navigate the check-in process and answered all of my questions.

The hospital itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable waiting areas and state-of-the-art medical equipment. Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the medical staff, who took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment options, and provide me with personalized care that met my specific needs.

One thing that stood out to me was the hospital's commitment to patient safety and infection control. I appreciated the thorough screening process and safety protocols that were in place to protect both patients and staff.

Overall, I would highly recommend Avaron hospital to anyone in need of medical care. The level of service, expertise, and compassionate care that I received was truly outstanding, and I feel confident that anyone who visits this hospital will receive the same exceptional treatment.

I admitted in the Avron Multi speciality hospital Ahmedabad from 9th to 13th June 2023 for my spine surgery to be done by spine surgeon Dr.Denish Patel.

The initial process of admission and preoperative tests were done easily and smoothly with whole hearted support and cooperation by Mr.Mayankbhai, a very generous person. My personal gratitude to Mayankbhai
After the admission, I started experiencing care, support and well behaviour of all attending staffs, associate doctors, nursing staffs, cleaning staffs and others. I found them doing their duty with care, smile on face and politeness.

Dr.Denish Patel, who did the surgery, was very calm, supportive and friendly. I can never forget his humanitarian approach. He explained every minute details about the surgery and gave all information which I and my wife asked before and after surgery. I believe that he is one of the best doctors I have met so far. My wholehearted thanks to him for what all he did for me.
His associated doctors Dr.Dhaval, Dr.Nitin, Dr.Mathukiya, Anaesthetist doctor, Physician, Cardiologist, Physiotherapists (sorry, I have forgotten their names), dietician Ms.Payal were equally supportive and caring.
The housekeeping, cleanliness of room/washroom, food from canteen were very good and proper.

My heartfelt thanks to the entire team of Dr.Denish Patel and other associated staff. With the care of all of them, my hospitalisation and surgery remained soothing and fast recovering.

Regarding staff of billing section, where my wife dealt with for medical insurance process and bill settlement, Our suggestion for them to be more polite, cooperative and sensitive. Please do not get irritated when questions / information regarding mediclaim or bill items are asked and kindly help patient's relative to conclude the process smoothly.

Overall, my experience of medical treatment at the Avron hospital was wonderful.
I pray that no one need surgery and hospitalisation but if so require, my recommendation would be Avron Hospital.

Here we admit reffered by Dr Vipul M Patel.Dr sir is so kind and humble person also master in infectious disease.Hospitals whole stuff is punctual and nice.service of while stuff ia excellent.

It was an Emergency my friend Ms Semina Himani got Ashthama attack and we were on our training at ICAI Bhawan time was around 8.30 and suddenly she got that we in 10 mins reached their and the doctor and nurse are arrived in 5 mins from another rooms they are really very attentive and Respectful. They Told us to get relaxed they will handle. They even don't charged us too high and all staff was so helpful.

It was an overwhelming experience during our stay and treatment at the hospital. Dr Denis Patel is a person with the keen knowledge of the Spine surgery and consultation. What is more, each and every person of the staff is very humble and helpful at the same time. I must add on one more detail about the canteen facility, food is as per the medical standard and hygiene parameters are noteworthy as well. Thank you so much Avron Hospitals for this astonishing service.

Today morning 24/06/2023 I bring my friend Spandan shah to Avron hospital with the complain of chest paining. Avron hospital staff and Dr. Chetan has immediately diagnosed massive attack and give him the emergency treatment very quickly and arrange the icu on wheels and came with us during transfer to hcg hospital. Because of All the staff and doctor of Avron hospital we able to saved his life, we all are thankful to Avron hospital.

Very good medical officers and nursing staff as well as attending staff also very helpful and very cooperative.

Representing Kenyans in India: I've stayed for Six days with my sick brother under the care of Dr. Dipak Dave. The experience is out of the world. Very clean hospital, very good food, hygiene is top notch, customer care and all staff care is excellent. The spine surgery was well done and the team explained the healing process very well and they walked the journey with us well. Good care by dietician Payal, attendants Ramesh, Pari, Shila, Dilip and 5th floor nurses, Dr. Kajal, Payal 5th floor and many more. Thank you all and happy Diwali! We are grateful.
