Plus fitness has amazing space and the machines are up to date. The ambience is amazing and the environment is also safe. The space is clean and hygienic. The best part is the air rowing machine with is the best for me here. Happy to be fit and working out.

Great gym, all the equipments are available and it’s 24/7 open and the hygiene has been maintained and trainers are very co-operative. Brijendra sir one of the trainers have trained me and have a great experience working with him. Worth it gym do visit and join the gym.

The gym is well-equipped with modern, clean equipment catering to all my workout needs. What stands out the most is the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The female trainer is truly incredible with her ways of teaching her methodically. Love the friendly vibe of her.

Excellent gym and excellent workouts,The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. They keep you motivated, specially shashi sir! They provide you with individual workout according to your strengths and weaknesses and guide you and jeeps you motivated to be rugular. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I really recommend this gym because of good hygiene and cleanliness in the premise. The crowd is really good and friendly. I must say my trainer, Mr Brijendra Singh trainer is very professional and supportive. He guides me throughout the workout session.

A great gym with great people, a really good vibe. You can find people from all sorts of background. Trainers are great as well. And if you are the type of guy who likes to see attractive females, 7 pm to 9 pm is the time.

Clean and well maintained gym. The staff is trained, always smiling, polite, and helpful. I have been trained by Mr. Sashi for the past 4 months, and I can already see visible results in my weight loss and body improvement. I really enjoy my time and workouts at the gym every day😊
