My experience with The Gym has been nothing but excellent.When I first visited the gym sales staff gave me a tour of the Gym in which I observed the equipment were enough for me and I decided to join this Gym.The gym itself is clean, light and spacious, they have all the gear a keen gym enthusiast would be looking for good quality weight machines and an impressive free weight section. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff themselves have put in a tremendous effort in keeping the gym tidy, clean and disinfected. The trainers are very efficient.

TheGym by far is the best gym have attended and I can highly recommend it.

Great location! SUPER CLEAN.
A/Cs work perfectly (few A/Cs drip but it’s not an issue.

- I don’t take personal training but the trainers are helpful in general!

Overall WORTH IT.

Many a few gyms are left in this area that provide an atmosphere as great as this gym provides, firstly the gym has an amazing crowd along with their amazing trainers who thoroughly help u out during your journey of transformation, they help u they guide you and won’t make you feel any less competent and ofcourse motivate you. The gym has a very flexible timing and most importantly the ration of the male and female trainers. Lastly the gym is a three storeyed one with the best infrastructure and utilities. I highly recommend the gym, if you are a no nonsense person and wanna genuinely work out ♥

Almost all equipment are there. Except for a few highly specialized equipment all equipment one might possibly need is present. Can not comment on the trainers' quality as i have never required them. Will suggest this gym to anyone who is on an intermediate to advanced level of fitness. I. E anyone who knows their way around the gym

Number one gym in Prahlad Nagar. Number one trainers, number one staff, don't read negative review just join it. World class Jerai equipments.
Gym is very very neat and clean. And main point is all equipments are very well maintained.
They provide open air garden terrace workout.
Zumba, aerobics, cross fitness, dance exercise, yoga, stretching is a group class. Which is absolutely include in gym membership package.

Yes surely this is the best gym in the town..liked the environment over there and most importantly the management. They keep on asking for any inconveniences so that they can improve..but till time i have not found a single mishap..loved the way trainers help us to get fitter and there qoute "get fit don't quite" is quite interesting 😂😂. We can find every type of instrument a person need to get there body shaped.so finally do visit there sorry "OUR GYM" u will surely fall in love with the place..

Only gym with open terrace workouts, I really enjoy working out in nature and here after working out you can also enjoy shakes and juices and they also have a wide variety of foods. The gym is also state of the art with high tech equipment and polite staff.

Trainers r vv good

When i've join the GYM for the first time i've experienced a very good culture of the GYM. Their approach for the client is very good. They never approach us for personal training only...but their normal training is on the level of personal training...if we do any wrong exercise the immediately come and show the proper posture of the set..
I've never feel uncomfortable with the trainers or atmosphere...
I've knee injury...Doctor told me to do very light workout for legs...But trainers are so much knowledgable about any injury...and made a special workout routine for me...
I'm very thank full for them to give me this kind of service and gave their 100% to me.

I lift gym is very nice in all respect specially gym equipmrnts, ambience, location and staff members. Staff are very supportive and helpful too. I recommend fully for desired goal in fitness.

1.Star for fantastic building who provides different way 1st floor for free weights, 2nd for cycleing and 3rd for cross fit.
2.Star for very early open sharp 5:00 am.
3. Star for very helpful Trainers who are with you always like shadeo so cool are all.
4.Star for supporting Armin staff who clean gym every movement so we fill frashnesh every movement.
5. Star for resently traffic and parking problem so gym provide 'Vallat Parking' it's great job.

I Lift The Gym in prahladnagar is the best in the city, it is huge in comparison of other gym, very neat and clear, the trainer's are very co-operative and friendly, the machines are advance too! Magnificent! 👌💪👍

This is new opened, specatular view near prahladnagar garden, superb interior designed and totally brand new with all unique variant machine, price is reasonable as compare to other. This is one of my favorite where i can get energy. Rich people Rich choice.
