I had second surgery in my knee and it was complicated. Being a Physiotherapist my self I knew that it will take time. I personally knew Dr Arpan for many years so I started my treatment at his clinic which is well equipped with lattest modalities. Dr Arpan and his team have up-to-date knowledge about the field and treated me with proper attention and care, Especially, Dr Anjana and Dr Aneri. I finally achieved my goal of full Range of motion of my knee. I am thankful to the whole team.

I was suffering from heel pain and difficulty in walking since 6 months, and consulted 3 doctors and had MRI done but no one diagnosed my condition of Lateral plantar nerve entrapment. I had been operated for complete ACL tear while playing cricket on 06.09.23 and from 13.09.23, i have been under treatment under supervision of Dr Arpan Shah. It's almost two months now and I feel I have recovered 85-90% though complete recovery takes almost 4 months. Dr Anjana and Dr Aneri have always pushed me to do excercise properly. I am very glad that I chose Health First for my rehab. All the doctors are very supportive and always encourage to excercise properly though in careful manner. Highly recommended.

I went to Health First, for my chronic neck and arm pain due to cervical. I went to Arpan uncle to get the right advise for the treatment assuming I might need some orthopaedic treatment, Uncle assured it just needs physiotherapy to heal the posture, and today i am back at my routine.

Must recommended clinic if you are suffering from any kind of pain. The doctor as well as the staff (supporting doctors) are so familer that you forgot your pain while having treatment. They have the advance equipment and the technology. When i joined the clinic for physio i didnt think that i can recover in 15 days but these doctors helped me to do the same. My name is Av Nachiappan coming from coimbatore tamilnadu. I came to health first clinic through my boss. I Have this lower back pain for nearly an year. Took treatment in coimbatore but not satisfied and pain is felt.
After coming here Dr
Arpan shah diagnosed that I have muscles problem and my lower back was ok. He started treating me with theropy as well as exercises. Now my pain is totally gone and got relieved from the last one year back issue and now normal. Great thanks to him. My name is Nagarjun Thaker ( an ODD name for a gujju😅 ) & I stay in Indonesia .I had thoracic & lumbar problems in spine and because of major L4-I5 PID( slip disc ) , I was bed ridden & I also suffered from heavy muscle loss.

Dr Arpan and his team made day and night efforts, spent over 3 hours daily to exercise my muscles and used various electrical therapy to reduce pain & heal my muscles / ligaments .

Apart from medical therapy, he and his team also morally supported me & my wife . The team was very positive & kept following with me day & night to ensure that they are with me to help me come out of this trouble . Everyday due to exercise & walking I would go back to them complaining of pains in various parts of the body . They would reassure me & make me pain free by the end the treatment & giving me courage to stick to exercise schedule . If I went smiling to their clinic they would subtly increase exercise to build my tolerance fast.

I am grateful for the efforts put in by Dr Arpan, Dr Aneri, Dr Hiral, Dr Ayushi and Dr Anjana. The First Health Physio Therapy had became a second home for me and many other patients who I noticed kept coming to him for advices even after 4-6 years. He is very transparent and honest in his opinion and would recommend going to a specialist doctor when he believes the physiotherapy would not be able to be of help to them.
