SHREE RAM KUTIR RESTAURANT

On my way back from visiting Modhera Sun Temple I and my family halted for lunch at Ram Kutir Restaurant at Visnagar. We ordered Gujrati thalis and were delighted with the genuine tasty food .It had the correct flavour and spice mix. The service was quick and efficient and the staff and Owner were very courteous in explaining various dishes as we were not conversant with them.

A delicious and authentic Gujarati food experience! The place is a no-frills clean and woman traveller-friendly restaurant next to a main road. The open kitchen with gleaming stainless steel pots and pans was reassuringly hygienic. One can read the Gujarati menu in English by scanning the QR code. The waiters and manager very kindly explained the menu, answered questions and even customised the spice levels to suit our request for less chillies.
Ordered ghee bhakri, alu garlic, chana dal, and a moong and palak subzi. The ghee bhakris were totally epic - I ate almost an entire bhakri plain just coz it tasted so darn good. The moong and spinach subzi was the surprise hero, laced with garlic and impossible to stop eating. The chana dal and alu were very good, too. Phulkas were soft and fresh off the tava. Service was quick and the staff was very obliging. 10 on 10!

One of the best Kathiyawadi food in this locality.
Taste is very good and they use a very little oil compared to other Dhaba. Special mention to Dahi tikhari here prepared with minimum oil, it is must try. Service fast and food served is fresh.
Cleanliness is maintained.
One suggestion - arrange a "pure Desi chhash" instead of Amul one.

The food quality was very nice and the staffs wear also nice. You must visit for one time for there food it's awesome.

Such a good restaurant for lunch. The food is amazing and price is also good. One fixed thali is feasible for one person to eat. Just perfect 👍 should try the rotalo nu churmo once 😋
