Recently I visited to karuna Toyota showroom to have look on Innova crysta but non of the sales executive responded to me they were to bussy in there own world when customer entered to your showroom u should ask them which car your looking for I waited more then 10 minutes non of the sales executive caught lately I only approached the respective person very much disappointed 😞😞

We had an outstanding service at Karuna Toyota Gulbarga today. We were enroute to Hyd from Goa , to our good fortune,our car broke down in Gulbarga just 15 min before their closing time, luckily we were very close to the service centre and got there 5 min before closing. As we were travelling with an infant, we requested them to help us out as staying back wasn't an ideal option. The team got together their best of the lot , the senior most mechanics and solved the issue in an hour's time which would have otherwise taken more than half a day. Cannot thank the service team for their proactiveness and empathy towards our situation.Forever Greatful!!! Highly Highly recommended.
