Neat And clean, food Not instant Available but as providing fresh so its OK. So far as hilly area therefore deserves five Star. Look forward to stay again And recommend, just order food little earlier so you get in time. Suggestion to owner kindly mention in menue to order half hour earlier to get food.

Our trip to Himachal Pradesh (Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Chamba and Dharmashala) and Amritsar was excellent. We got a very nice treatment from Aroma Travels Sakshi Madam. The rooms and their service were very satisfying. One special mention, Our daughter fell ill during the trip and we were provided with Moong daal khichadi for her. We were accompanied with cooperative and very good driver Mr. Saroop. Thank you for all the services.

I booked a trip with shakshi ji from Amritsar to chamba to dalhousie to dharmshala to Amritsar.
Apart from the travel arrangements, hotels, site seeings everything was being well coordinated and followed up regularly by ms. Shakshi herself.
Truly bowled over with the hospitality of Ms. Mahajan.

Everything is great about this hotel. The staff is so cooperative, the food is perfect, everything seems clean and shiny, prices are acceptable and the view is just too good. A total value for money experience. I would suggest if you ever come to chamba once in your life do prefer hotel aroma for a luxurious experience. 👍🏻

We booked a package trip with Aroma, from Amritsar-Chamba-Dalhousie-Dharamshala-Amritsar. The whole trip was well organized. The hospitality at Aroma Palace was Excellent !! Hats off to Sakshi Madam for her care and service. All the other hotels were good. The driver was very cordial and cooperative. All in all a Great experience !!!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Bathroom is ok. If u r in new bus stand of chamba and u have booking in aroma, then please, take a cab, dont go by walk..

Excellent service, excellent staff, very helpful owners, room is very spacious, and after check out, madam gave me an extra room free of cost to wait for my bus which departs in the evening.
