Great location eventhough reaching there needs a short trek which also is through beautiful scenic route with natural mud and wood rooms. Hospitality of the entire family members is superb. Provides high quality food with farm grown fresh vegetables, home made butter, ghee, etc.

Friends, last month end we had a very unique experience of staying at Chamba…Himalayan Orchard Huts.
At the very first Ecotourism resort of Himachal Pradesh since 1990!
It’s about 14 km from ancient Chamba town.

I strongly recommend this ….very unique & close to nature stay compared to 5 start hotels!
There is a very scenic trek to reach to this resort through Apple & Kiwi orchards crossing River Reva!

Pure delicious 😋 and variety of authentic Himalayan organic food is served with great warmth by the resort owner family (Dhami) mostly grown in their farms only.

I also saw “Glow worm” at this orchard …. A very rare worm, seen at very few geographical areas in the world

The absolute highlight of my time in India. The whole Dhami family made me feel extremely welcome in their stunning home. With wonderful food, beautiful walks and sublime views, I cannot recommend staying here enough!

This home stay is great. Especially the service (lovely family and amazing food every day -> every meal was healthy, delicious and so much) and the location (wow, what an incredible view).

A special place of joy, grace and nourishment for the soul and tummy. During our stay 5 years ago, our generous host and family opened my mind to understand so many cultures and their coexistence: from nomadic people up high in the alps to the farmers of the lower slopes and valleys, modern technology-driven capitalists to people who hold fast to the ancient time-proven knowledge of their land. Thank you for opening up your retreat and sharing its restorative energy with many!

We were a group of four, and stayed for two nights. Much too short! After being given a traditional welcome, we were looked after extremely well. We were served typically Himachali dishes, prepared with great love. The whole family chipped in to make our stay so so comfortable. We visited the fruit and vegetable gardens too. Shall definitely return. All the best to Prakash Dhamiji and his family.

Brilliant place, really good home cooked food, a warm welcome, beautiful view and spectacular surroundings. Highly recommended. I spend a week with my two boys that had a really good time. It was our first time in the Himalayas and we will come back for sure.

Himalayan Orchard Huts is not just a home stay, it is more like a refreshing breath we all need to heal our body, mind and soul. A place where you can enjoy a lovely time with your family while being surrounded by nature moreover the family who runs it really make you feel welcome. I could say the best host!

The fact that they have their own organic farm we were able to have a taste of chamba's authentic dishes and also the food was super delicious. Personally i learned a lot about organic farming, their local dishes, meditating during my three days stay.

You'll definitely fall in love with mesmerising view and relaxing place. They also have a pool which is covered by apricot tree giving heavenly view.

The home stay which actually feels like home, but just with a better view from our regular home 😍. The essence of it just keeps you mesmerising everytime of the day. I went with my family to stay there for 3 days and each day was worth living. It’s just a small trek upwards along with their beautiful orchards. Each day and night we had variety of authentic organic food of chamba. They also have a plunge pool which is partially covered by apricot tree giving heavenly view 🦄. I wish I never returned from there!

It was a very good stay with Dhami family. Mainly There oraganic food & Hospitality, Cleanliness, Everything is Awesome. Food Quality & taste and Especially Rooms were so Good. I loved Everything

What makes the Himalayan Orchard Huts is the family who run it; they really make you feel welcome. The views from the main property and the hiking cottage (Ridgemore) are astounding; probably one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in my life. The hike up to Ridgemore was gorgeous (even though it rained!) and the guide took great care to make sure we were safe and having fun. The food was simply amazing; it was flavorful in ways I couldn't have imagined. The fact that they are also an operational organic farm and serve their home-grown food is incredible. I don't normally visit a place more than once but the Himalayan Orchard Huts is one I will try hard to get back to. Thanks to the whole family for this wonderful experience!

Home Sweet Home. I was badly missing those days which I had spent over there, Very Nice Weather and nice people and I love the way they show the love and hospitality over there and missing that tasty organic food cooked by Dhamis family
