Very nice society with ample green space. We have everything inside from gym, swimming pool to indoor & outdoor children play area with slides and swings. Lifts are super fast and building entry lobby is beautiful with guest sitting area. Maintenance is good too and society has power backup facility. I m loving my new home here.

It has a private gym facility for members as well. Visitors are allowed only on permission by house owner which also helps in extended security. Management is very supportive. First impressions of VVIP Homes sales team was very good and there behavior was very nice. Sales Team knowledge regarding construction and real estate related was very good. I got very positive vibe. When we first met VVIP Sales team, they explained that their job is more about service than sales. They proved that time and again with their thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market.

Every time we viewed a new property we would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc here at VVIP HOMES its the quality delivered beyond the normal boundaries of real estate. With VVIP we went through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable and finally ,we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. Super location with maximum green area in it. I really like their Double hight entrance lobby concept. The spacious amenities like park , club & Swimming pool makes it a very good place to live. I would highly recommend "VVIP HOMES".

I am lucky to buy unit at VVIP HOMES. Best quality, spacious amenities like , park , club , Swimming pool & High end gentry. Double hight entrance lobby in each tower . Separate dropping area makes this property a best property of GREATER NOIDA WEST SEC:16.

In the whole gaur city project, one of the best and lovely site which i like the most is VVIP Homes. Awesome location with calming view, and the construction work is superrrr awesome 😇.
Also, the staff are very polite and calm in nature. In all of them, i remember these two of guys are very nice in behavior Mr. Ashutosh tiwari and Mr. Anurag singh.
They gave there best of there time and make us feel very comfortable.
