It's not only a store but a very magical experience full of compassion and humanity extended by the very humble and very affectionate, exuberant owners who not only treat every customer like a god but like their own family. Always smiling, always ready to help, always ready to walk that extra mile for every customer to ensure that everyone gets comfort and joy while shopping for daily groceries. They are simply the marvelous bestest of the best.

I placed an order on Bhai Dooj. The main order was for a doob(green grass used in pooja) and a dry coconut and I added couple more things to make the order deliverable.
I confirmed that they have doob and they said yes. But when they delivered it was dhoop batti. They simply just couldn't say no that they don't have it, and tricked me.
The most disappointing thing is they play bhajans all day long in their shop but don't hesitate to trick a customer even for Pooja Samagri. That's a shame!

The guy with last comment might had bad exp but the uncle is good. He listen atleast , rest today cares there , so only 3 stars for that

They always misbehave with elders and even abuse them . They are a big goon

This man is pathetic.. he does not know how to talk to customer. Even he fights with senior citizen and ladies ... Poor man....quality of products r very bad.
