My mother was diagnosed with a tumor, which we initially assumed was carcinoma( Cancer) We decided to get her treated in one of the superspeciality hospitals, but we were not explained properly about the procedure or the costs. The staff asked us if we were looking to pay using insurance or cash, which made us feel like they were more interested in our money than in our mother's well-being.

That's when Dr. Divya referred us to Dr. Madhusudhana Rao. He sat down with us and explained the entire procedure step by step in detail. He also made sure to find the right procedure for my mother's specific case.

The surgery was performed at Balanagar BBR hospitals and lasted for 6 long hours. Dr. Madhusudhana Rao had promised us that my mother would not be kept in the ICU or MICU for additional charges, and he kept his promise. After the surgery, she was kept in a room with anesthesia.Dr. Madhusudhana Rao made sure to have a good staff on hand, and he was very conscientious about our needs and my mother's health. He called us often and visited her frequently.

Dr. Madhusudhana Rao is not like the commercial doctors who are only interested in making money. He is like family to us. Even after my mother was discharged from the hospital, he made sure to follow up with her and check on her progress. He also performed multiple sessions at his clinic in Dammaiguda to implant a cheek bone that was removed during the surgery.

We never hesitate to call Dr. Madhusudhana Rao with any questions or concerns, and he always attends to us promptly and patiently.

My mother is now completely fine, and we are so grateful to Dr. Madhusudhana Rao for his expert care and compassion. We would also like to thank Dr. Divya, Ramya, Bharath and Sanjeeva for their support.
