Nice temple amidst of trees(kaavu) with Mahishasura Mardhini as the main deity. Goddess Saraswathy is the sub deity. A spectacular pond with hundreds of tortoises, n hence known also as Aamakulam temple. During noon time the tortoises are fed with temple prasada. Adukkathu Bhagavathy Temple also known as Adukkath Meolom Temple, is situated near to Kundamkuzhy, and is easily accessible by Poinachi - Bandadukka road or from Periya- Monnamkadavu- kundamkuzhy road in Kasaragod district.
