I recently visited the IGL Gas office to change the name in ownership for my gas connection, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office itself was neat and clean, creating a pleasant environment for customers. The security guard efficiently distributed tokens for the queue, ensuring an organized process. Within just 15 minutes, I received my number, and the wait time was minimal. 👍

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the lady who processed my request and reviewed the documents. She was calm, soft-spoken, and displayed remarkable professionalism. Her approach helped alleviate any concerns I had, and she guided me through the necessary steps with ease. 😊

While I appreciate the efficient service, I believe there is room for improvement. It would be beneficial if they introduced an online process for such transactions, as it would save time and effort for customers. Additionally, there were some parking issues near the office. The presence of traffic police towing vehicles parked on the main road was a concern. However, I received a helpful tip from someone to park my car on the opposite side of the lane to avoid towing, as other inner roads were also mostly occupied.

Had an amazing and quick service experience here. I had gone to change the name of IGL connection with all documents as told by customer care. Within 15 min the work was done.

Do no pay commission to any agent for this work here . I was asked 1000 to 3000 Rs for this work but got it completed in Rs 100 Stamp paper only.
