Royal Residency

We enjoyed the stay here. It is very cost effective. Only thing I did not like is, 2 small bottles of water was provided as complimentary which is not sufficient. Not very costly to improve on.

Value for money place to stay in Kanhangad. The rooms were clean and tidy. Parking available.

They also have very good halls for small meetings. They don't have any restaurants but they provide good breakfast.

Rooms are well maintained & clean. The staff is good, easy to check in, parking space is there & it's safe. The amenities provided were also good.

We have done a group booking in the month of January 2024. They have cooperated so well. Service was excellent. High quality food. Best hotel in Kanhangad.

The locality was good, The place was pleasant, but the thing that makes this place great is the receptionist Sajith he was incredibly helpful , his service was so attentive and efficient, He made us feel comfortable, Rooms were good, Food was buffet, It tasted outstanding but it was provided only when asked the trays were empty or with very little food. We were two families and was happy with the stay.

The rooms were clean and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a huge variety of options... The management staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

We stayed at the Royal Residency on our way to Mookambika. Even though we checked In there very late,the staff were very polite. All the rooms were maintained very tidy. Throughout the stay the receptionists were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely recommend and consider them for my future plans.

It's proximity to the Bekal beach and fort as well as other magnificent beaches make it absolutely a charming experience!

Visited kasarkod for exploring destinations Had a wonderful stay in royal residency ...pleasent welcoming from reception,especially mr.sachith helped us to explain and guide all desinatinations....well maintained rooms..perfect breakfast but only the main problem
there is no enough parking space..over all had a nice experience...kudos to all team..

We had to stay at this hotel just for a night, as we had to check in the resort the next day, we reached bekal at night around 9 and were greeted by Mr sajith, the receptionist, he was extremely polite and understood our requirement and provided us with the best price and service . I'm writing this review to just let others know about this hotel. Very good standard rooms and amazing service .

Hotel with nice rooms, good location and helpful staff. We arrived very late but Sajith from the front desk was very helpful.

The hotel is located in a good area of Kanhangad with a pharmacy, grocery store, petrol pump and restaurants all in few metres distance.

The breakfast was tasty and homely. Overall, Royal residency exceeded our expectations and happy to recommend.

Royal residency - I happend to stay at their relatively new hotel at the heart Kanjhangad town and was really happy to say, we as a family of four and two kids enjoyed the stay at the hotel. They provide both Kerala and continental breakfast for the guests, and as an add on the staff at the buffet counter was soo helpful, serving hot freshly prepared food, warm fresh milk for the kids. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. Toilets are soo clean and abundance of toiletries. Wishing good luck to the whole team.

First birthday function of our daughter was hosted in Royal Residency's hall.
Hall located in 4th floor (with lift facility) is well constructed and planned making it an ideal place for organizing functions.
Hall is well lit and air conditioned with a clean washroom and restroom attached.
Chairs and tables are of top quality. Hall has a very good sound system (with bluetooth connectivity making it easy to connect from any device).
There is ample space to arrange food within the hall.
Very good parking space is available in the adjacent plot.
We are sure Royal Residency hall will be an ideal choice for functions given the location in the heart of Kanhangad town.
