It's a holy place . It's a shiv mandir. People believe to visit here first and the visit to bal bhubaneswar. Syambhu inside it is full of chitanya.People experience the presence of god only if something is extraordinary. To feel the presence of god you need to get realised (awakening of ur kundalni).
