I have graduated from here. A small but beautiful and green campus with limited facilities. But you will certainly enjoy your 4 years here.

Hostel life is just awesome.. there's not much to do in city like sultanpur but after a year you will love it.. Not much to do in city so at some point you'll definitely start studying.

Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT Sultanpur) is a state government funded, autonomous engineering institution located in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University(formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University). It has been ranked amongst the top engineering institutes under UPTU.

KNIT was established as the Faculty of Technology in Kamla Nehru Institute of Science and Technology, Lucknow, in 1976 by the Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust. It was taken over by the government of Uttar Pradesh in 1979 with a view to develop an engineering institute in the Eastern region of Uttar Pradesh. In 1983 it was registered as a separate society and was renamed as the Kamla Nehru Institute Of Technology.[1]

KNIT offers testing and consultancy services to the industry and other agencies. The institute is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.[2] Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur has been officially ranked number 1 based on the performance of the students.[3]

It is my college for pursuing B.tech (Lateral Entry) in CSE from 2019 - 2022.
Teachers were very supportive during my counselling session. Old infrastructure therefore you will feel deprived of some facilities but painting process is on its way. Very soon infrastructure is going to shine.

Director Sir, Mr. J P Pandey is very good.
He is doing a lot to improve the infrastructure and education of this institute.
Hostels have wifi, geyser, generator, water purifier plant, and good mess.
I love the mess food.
Sweeper comes daily to clean the hostel and toilets.
