Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Treo, Okhla Industrial Area

It took some time to resolve the issue but i am satisfied with the overall progress.
Mr mukul and rahul was really helpful and solved all the issues. Miss kajal has done commendable job.

Came here for Tata Punch Car Service

1st Service :

1. Park car in the queue, asked to leave leave keys in car and keep personal belongings with you.
2. A guy came for for Job Car (Mr. Saif)

3. Since it's first Service, there's basic checkups. And no change of any oils, Mr Saif said.

4. Car gets thoroughly cleaned, with jets and shampoo a bit.

5. Parked again in queue to get soaked, and get ready for service

6. After 2 hr since job card made, Car reached at the point for check-ups. A mechanic checked all Electrical working (Lights, wipers etc)

7. They opened the bonnet, refills water for windshield, checked oil level, checked gravity for battery. (Didn't added anything)

8. Cleaned inside with vaccum. Removed all mats, used blower to Remove dust then washed then with water. Then put them back in car

Note : I asked them to check the bottom, as I might have touched on a bumper, but they denied as it's not a part of First service
Thou they kept convincing me that they checked everything was fine, so according to them there should not be any issues. So I have trusted them on this.

Only feedback for now is please make sure to fit the mat properly, as see in attached images it is not fixed with locks. I checked it later after I left the Service Centre.

2nd Service:
This time I opt for Pick and Drop service free of charge as pick up location was under 10KM.

Mr. Shiv came to pick car by 8:15AM,
I got call for Job Card around 10:45,
I went to check for the car myself at the service centre (Cleaning was done, bump at the driving gate was fixed as I asked)

But the alignment of wheel they said it okay and need upto ₹700+GST would be the charge to for lifting car and do computer alignment.

Also there's a scratch on the car bumper, I take claiming agent, they said it would be a file charge of 2000/- if we claim the zero dep insurance and replace the bumper.

I got all the numbers from level 1 to service manager on WhatsApp.

Again it was a good experience with Tata Service Centre

Note : The driver side mats wasn't installed properly again. And for car owner I'd suggest to remove all the equipment such as dashcam, Car cover, 12V charger, phone holder with you while giving car for service.

3rd Service :

Issues we rasied : Back Camera Faulty notification twice since last service and gear shifting from gear 2 to gear 3.

10:56 we reach after some time, the Advisor came for the Job Card.
Mr Ajay (Service Advisor )said without AMC Tata Pack, it'll cost 5700, with AMC pack it cost 4500.

Wheel alignment and Wheel balance are main check in this service. As Car ran only 7500, so no filter change was required, as per service advisor.

Mr. Ajay gave us a Diwali Gift for Diwali Occasion, which was a car cleaning Kit.

We got our car back by 4 PM

Came here for Tata Punch 1st Service.
Excellent service provided by treo tata service centre. Mr. Ajay carefully listened all my issues.
The washing done was also top notch.
Special thanks to Raj mohan who cleaned it very well.
Will surely visit here for all my remaining services. 😁

The staff was helping special mention Mr Santosh, Mr Sarwan Rai (washing supervisor), Mr Rahul (denting) they were very helpful and I'm happy with the service of these three guys anyways the overall experience was good.

I am very much happy with support and seevice I recived here. Manish ji is one of the factor why I visit here. He is extremely helpful and supporting..
He is very knowledgeable person and always advice genuine things.

Although I am.not happy with wash/clean service... Treo has to work hard in this area, which really disappointing for end users.
