RTA staff is cooperative and has given me adequate information to process all my driving licence related issues. Though there is a big challenge to cater large number of applicants and as an applicant I request to all general public to abide the instructions given and not to argue with the staff. Good Experience, Challan timings are Mon to Thursday (friday they dont work for challans I guess) 9am to 12 PM.
First, you need to get a token, which starts early, had reached RTA at 8.40 AM, got in line, must have been 30 guys ahead of me. By 9.40 I was out with Challan paid and docs received, place is neat and clean

Hello everyone, I want to share my recent experience here as well with the RTA office Mohali, went there on 24 Aug 22 to pay my car challan, office opens at 9 o clock in the morning so they asked me to go to police station phase 8,i went there, paid my challan and received my driving license, initially I was very intimated of going to RTA office coz I saw the reviews the day before and there were all negative but overall it was a very smooth and easy going process, I ve reached at the RTA office at 8:30 am and in the next 1 hour I ve got my driving license in my hand, so the most important thing is you should reach there at least half an hour before the scheduled time (if you have to go there ever) so that you can finish your work and get your documents in the same day.

Experience was good. Place was neat and clean also well managed. You can pay here your Challan and Suspends Challan. To pay a challan they are taking upto 30-45Min on the basis of Time Period(how much your challan old monthwise). Overall Experience was good.

If you want to pay challan go before 9 am ( around 8:30) as there will be a line for token.
Then you have to pay the challan and wait for a few minutes to recieve your RC or DL.
Took only 30 mins in the whole process.

I fill my car challan in just few minutes, you just need to go little early andits smooth like butter

It was quite good, the staff in subidha center was so good in dealing, got my problem done in few minutes

It's good... Parking facilities are less according to the traffic. Crowded on Mondays.
