The Oberoi, Bengaluru

I stayed in this hotel last week for an entire week. The hotel resides alongside the bustling Trinity metro station on MG Road with a lot of restaurants and malls in proximity. Despite the persistent traffic outside, the hotel has managed to keep the premises super quiet that adds to an extravagant stay. The staff is remarkably compassionate and motivated to keep a visitor's interest in their mind.
The hotel is just so beautifully decorated with lush green trees, scrumptious food all over and great spots to have a nice meal anytime of the day.

I'll come again!

It was a wonderful experience to explore dining options at Oberoi. Nice ambience, peaceful and calm indoors. The staff is super friendly and cooperative. We had mostly vegetarian food and drinks. Which was good and delicious.
Valet parking is a blessing here, after struggling for hours in Trinity circle and adjoining roads to reach here.

The property's beautiful and quite. The check-in process was smooth. We decided to celebrate our anniversary there since we had a great experience at The Trident Udaipur last year which comes under the same group and we were not at all disappointed. The staff upgraded our room also did a cute decor. They are well behaved and supportive. Also the rooms are spacious with beautiful view.

Amazing hospitality from each member at the hotel. We felt at home. Would recommend for everyone to stay at least for a night to enjoy your stay and make it memorable one. Our room was upgraded to Luxury from deluxe as a complimentary room. Friendly and co-operative staff. In- house service, pool service, breakfast, luggage service everything was excellent. Amazing hotel with great restaurants & amenities. Rooms are a bit small but they provide you with bathtub n all too, each room has a balcony as well; take room on top floors so you can get a good view of the branches & the tress, its so so beautiful.
Spa is fabulous. Wabi Sabi restaurant is too good! Hotel staff are cordial. Overall good experience during the stay.

Despite being centrally located, the hotel managed to create a calm environment from the hustle and bustle. The spa facilities, lush gardens, and serene ambiance provided a perfect retreat. Whether for business or leisure, one must definitely chose it.

Even the rooms are equipped with latest technology, I was astonished to see the hospitality the hotel provided.

I must definitely appreciate the staffs working hard and proactively making it a memorable stay for me.

Our 3 days stay with Oberoi was amazing. Everything starting from design of the hotel rooms and reception area was exceptional. The garden walks and the rain tree clicks with family will stay with us forever. The service of the staff and their level of care giving attention to our every single needs was exemplary. Felt like their greetings came straight from there heart...

Stunning hotel is an oasis of natural beauty in the heart of a busy city. Every aspect of this hotel is world class from the rooms to the service to the food and decor. A truly exceptional experience in every way.

He had 3 nighs at this hotel. From the time we arrived the service was amazing. The staff are so polite and are there to make your life so easy. The restaurants food is delicious and have so much choice. The room was large and so hi tech but comfortable and had great views. The only complaint I do have is the charges for laundry. Its extremely expensive and definitely not worth the price. But overall this hotel is worth 5 stars and I would recommend to everyone. Next time we're in bangalore we will definitely be staying here again.

One of the best hotels all over India. Food is great , the staff and service is fantastic. They make sure you feel special on all your special occasions/ events.

The property is an elegant boutique establishment rather than a tall building, and the rooms are intelligently designed so that even though you are situated on the bustling streets of Bangalore, no noise can penetrate the interior. The cuisine is outstanding, and the dedicated staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and unforgettable.

The property is very well maintained and the hospitality is top notch. It is surrounded by greenery all around. The room is aesthetically decorated and is digitally controlled by iPad which is a nice touch. Their breakfast was unique and delicious. Overall, we had a great stay.

Visiting after 12 years and it still feels the same. Amazing service, food and location. Wish I'd stayed longer. Will be back soon. Special mention to Kafeel, Azo and other folks whose names I unfortunately cannot recollect. But all you guys are awesome. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special.

TL;DR Top class service, delicious food, a whole different world in itself to get lost into.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a staycation - Friday to Sunday. We received a confirmation email a few days before the check-in day and confirmed our arrival at 13:00 for check-in which is an hour earlier than the stated check-in time of 14:00. We arrived at 13:30 and were warmly greeted and received at the check-in desk. The staff helped us get our preferred room on the 3rd floor between 301 - 314. The room wasn’t ready so they took us to their bar The Polo Club and offered a drink, I had an Iced Americano which was refreshing. We got to the room by 14:00 which the regular time yet the staff was very apologetic of the delay. It was really kind of them.

The room is well equipped with all the amenities and the mini bar is well stocked. They always replace the water bottles everyday and it is good to see glass bottles being used making it sustainable. The view from balcony was fantastic and relaxing. The bath tub with glass partition is great to enjoy the outside view and comes with its own TV while taking a bath. All the lights and entrance are controlled by an iPad. All the services like in room dining, restaurant menus, spa menu and butler services are also accessible from the iPad. It was not configured when we arrived, we couldn’t order for in-room dining using it and resorted to good old calling. When we pointed this to the front desk while going for dinner they promptly sorted it out.

We had dinner at Wabi Sabi on the first night and at Rim Nam on the second night. Breakfast was served at Lapis. We also had a Tuna melt sandwich through in room dining. All the food was delicious and the staff was really courteous at all the restaurants. We will recommend trying the fried rice at Rim Nam, it was exceptional with subtle flavours. The breakfast spread is elaborate and there are many a la carte dishes that are included as well. The service during breakfast was prompt and friendly too.

The gardens and the pool sets this property apart. You don’t feel like you are in the middle of a bustling city outside. You hear the birds chirping, the leaves rustling and the sunlight trickling through the trees. We enjoyed our walks and talks in the gardens after every meal. The pool is temperature controlled and not too deep. Families of all ages had a good time chilling the pool throughout the day. They have a small poolside bar as well to enjoy a few drinks and snacks.

The gym and spa are located in the basement. Although the gym is small, it is well equipped with cardio equipment, weight training machines and free weights. A trainer is available to help you out with the exercises and ensuring good form.

Finally, the service was exceptional. Better than anywhere else we have experienced. Each and every staff member greets you as you walk by. They are available right when you need them but give you the privacy you need. A perfect white glove service.

We will definitely recommend this to others and look forward to enjoying a stay here again!

We celebrated our 10th anniversary. The room was so nicely decorated. The cake given was super yummy. It was such a soothing and peaceful atmosphere inside with such greenery inspite of being located in Central Bangalore. We felt as if we were there in a resort away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are overwhelmed with our stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru.

One of the old charms of Bangalore... Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city amidst green cover. It also has amazing restaurants. Rim Naam is an amazing Thai restaurant at The Oberoi. Must try.

One of the few hotels in the city which deserve their 5 star status. The absolutely lovely staff makes all the difference. Also the fact that this hotel is so green, which also helps in keeping the traffic noise of MG road away.

The Oberoi is a quiet oasis in the middle of a busy, noisy city. Somehow with all the traffic and cars honking on the entrance side to the hotel, the rooms and garden grounds are peaceful and serene. Our room, while a tad on the small side, was comfortable and well-appointed. Service throughout the property was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and filling. If you want to leave the hotel, there’s a Metro stop steps away.
