The service is awesome. I want to give a big thumb up to the manager Charles. He managed to make Mandarin Oriental Macau our favourite place to stay every time. Will not hesitate to come back again

Mandarin Oriental has super comfy, clean and spacious room. The room's view is Macau Tower and Zhuhai area, China. Of course, Mandarin Oriental's exceptional service is the best that I love, I'm really enjoy this world class experience.

I can openly give 5 star on everything. Services are superb, we were well taken care of, all staff are with excellent customer service. Amenities are super great and the view of my room I felt like in Avatar. We had so much wonderful stay.

Absolutely superb hotel. The staff are exceedingly helpful and attentive. The rooms are generously sized and to a high standard of finish.

The room service menu is very good and for a 5 star hotel very reasonably priced. The pizza we had one night was as good as any restaurant I've been to.

They are also great at the little touches. The toddler sized slippers, bath robe and toiletries for our young child were a lovely touch.

Best Luxury Hotel Service in Macau! We prefer staying on the mainland of Macau so we could walk around the historical parts of the city. The Mandarin Oriental Macau overlooks Nam Van Lake with our suite giving us a 180 degree view of the lake and across the waterway of Macau, and is a nice walk from to the main city centre. Their rooms are luxurious with the bathroom, its tub commanding a spectacular view of the lake, being the most impressive space of the presidential suite.
The Mandarin Oriental is one of the smaller luxury hotels in Macau, but that’s what we loved about it. We quickly got to know several of the staff and they all knew us by name. Having stayed at many hotels in Macau over the years I can say without any doubt that the Mandarin Oriental Macau has by far the best service of any of them.
Their beds are super comfortable, they supply a selection of pillows for different preferences, and I love their toiletries.
The food there is absolutely amazing. They only have one main restaurant there, but it has quite a variety of food, with its dim sum being as amazing as its very original European dishes. We had planned to go out to a couple of restaurants outside of the hotel during our stay but ended up having all our meals at the hotel, with every meal being a thorough treat. They really know how to serve up great room service and you could eat by the pool or at their lounge and bar.
My only complaint was that some of their electronics were a bit dated, but I’ve been told that they’re bringing in new TVs and other updates in the coming weeks, so all the better for those who plan to stay there over the summer break and onwards. We certainly plan to stay there again.

Excellent service, flexible arrangement, making us very happy during just the two nights. Thanks to all the staff and Lucas, the manager, who had together created the best moments for us after these past hard years of pandemic!! I would not say the room is excellent, in face of all the fancy hotels with casinos in Macau, but the service is just too good!

This magnificent hotel lives up to its international reputation... and, is ranked #2 of the many superb hotels in Macau/Cotai... The rooms, like the restaurants [buffet breakfast especially], are absolutely first class!! Many "luxury rooms" have a superb lake view... One can also walk directly to the neighbouring MGM hotel!!! Even the pool temperature is a constant 28C/82F all the time!! But perhaps best of all is the "professionalism", "helpfulness" and "detailed knowledge" of the staff. In short... its a TRUE DELIGHT!!!

Sets the bar for five star service! Every detail attended to - spent three nights and had a wonderful time. The restaurant was outstanding - thanks for the separate Vegetarian menu! I ended up using the Spa twice - great value! It’s right next to and connected to MGM - very convenient. Highly Recommended!

Great service, friendly staff, worth your money.

Now I understand how easy it is to become a "fan" of M.O. We came here for just 1 night to celebrate our anniversary, and I wish we had stayed more. The class, the level of service, the kindness and friendliness of the staff is simply something you are going to remember for years to come. The attention to details is the highest I have ever experienced in my life. And I really have been lucky to stay at several 5-star hotels around the world, but the Mandarin Oriental in Macau has set a really high bar for all other hotels to follow. I felt almost speachless when I found they provided a glasses cleaning cloth and cable reel tapes for my chargers (you can see both in the pics). Which of course I'm going to keep as a cherished memory. We were welcomed as we were regulars (it was my first time ☺ at a M.O. as far as I remember) At the check-in, we were welcomed by Mrs. Sun and Mrs J. Babilonia, and the latter not only welcomed us but also brought us to our room which to our surprise was so wonderfully decorated with rose petals on bed and a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary. In addition to that she was kind enough to take a picture of us and let us have a printed copy to get a fond memory of this moment. At the front desk, a Western guy who I think was the "supervisor" and whose name I didn't take note (I'm not good at remembering names 😭) was kind enough to teach us about how to reach around some places in Macau and how to make the most out of our short stay.
The room has a fantastic view of the Macau Tower and Taipa side. At night the view is stunning. The staff at the swimming pool was also very attentive and friendly (I don't remember their names sadly). I had also breakfast at MO and even there the staff was very attentive to my requests. The food was extraordinary of course. The room was impressively huge and it has an automated system that is going to open the curtains whenever you come back in. What is sure is that they won another fan in me and this is one of the hotels I'm going to say I will definitely come back to.

It's was my 2nd stayed with mandarin oriental macau and the service was impress. Staff name's "Melody" who's welcome me with the great attitude during check in and check out time. But one thing you can provide better is the room service call. It's was very slow and hard to reach when I was called for room service. Overall its excellent.

The staff were so amazing, very attentive and friendly. The room had a great view and was spotless clean. Close to the old city centre as well. Will definitely stay here again when in Macao.

This is a very hotel in Macau. Wonderful facilities and remarkable services. But of course it is expensive, we were having a voucher to stay, so everything is surprisingly good! Remember to try the spa on the third floor :)

I really appreciate this hotel, they gave me an unforgettable birthday. I recommend them 100%. They are not just providing housing, they are offering the highest level of service. So they gave me a very impressive memory.

We stayed there for a night. It was fantastic. This hotel really makes our stay very special. The moment the hotel knows it was my hubby' s bday, they decorate the room, give us a bday cake. Give us a momento to celebrate the occasion. Would definitely recommend.
