Our experience with Spinny was literally the easiest and the most stress free car buying we could have ever imagined!

We came across Spinny online and started shortlisting our options based on our requirements. Then one day we chatted with Mr.Jignesh from the sales team of Seawoods branch and booked our test drive. We were introduced to Mr. Pankaj on our test drive day, where we were explained about everything- from crunching numbers to the features of each car to the warranty options, to comparison between the other options which we had shortlisted to finally getting us a car which we loved on our first drive with a price which fitted in our budget.

The overall process was very smooth & hassle-free. Both Jignesh & Pankaj were very helpful throughout the buying process.

We were amazed with everything Spinny had to offer us. As we wanted the delivery of our car on women's day, which fell on the very next day, all the paper work was quickly processed and we got the delivery bang on time! Ms. Vaishnavi & Neha from the Back end team were very helpful in speeding up the paperwork for our timely delivery.

We were touched by the gift box which was given to us when we took the delivery, which made the whole experience very special & thoughtful! We felt as if we were buying a new car and not a pre- loved one! ❤

My car got engine light issue which resulted in cruise not working. I complaint to spinny, within no time my complaint was taken care of. The executive named Honey came to my house, took the car and got the original part replaced by Maruti service center. My car was corrected to its initial state within 2 days. Mr. Himanshu helped to get the refund of the RC transfer hold amount and the Insurance endorsement reimbursement. Was quick and hassle free, where he personally followed up with me and got the job done swiftly.
The experience was quite good.
Had a repair job done without much hassles.
