Recently I had undergone C- section with major complications. Dr. Vasundhara ma’am & her team has done tremendous job. She treats patients with at most confidence and makes us feel safe in her hands. Therefore I would definitely recommend her because she is damn good with her professional experience

I recently visited KIMS and had a positive experience overall. The facility was clean, and the staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. The healthcare professionals were knowledgeable, addressing my concerns with care. While the wait times were reasonable, there's room for improvement in communication about expected wait times. The hospital is also providing a Skype video call for visitors whose patients are in the ICU, which is a really good idea that provides visitor satisfaction and patient safety. The lifts are busy all the time, even though they have more than eight. Overall, it was a good experience, with room for minor enhancements.

Moreover, the canteen at this hospital offers a variety of food options, and I found the quality to be satisfactory. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. However, the menu could benefit from more diverse and healthier choices. Prices were reasonable, providing a convenient option for visitors and staff. The hospital provided food to both patients and visitors. Overall, a decent dining experience with potential for menu expansion. The canteen on the G floor provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner of reasonable quality and quantity, and the cafeteria on the 3rd and 9th floors sells tea, coffee, and snacks. Must try muffills and veggie sandwiches.

Facilities, nurses and care are extraordinary. Really appreciate the staff and there care.

Small feedback on the insurance poc's it took 2 hours to share the clearance certificate. Every time i tried to approach Karthik who is the poc he deneid to meet and saying more 15 mins everytime.

Dr parthasarathy sir is The Best doctor I would say. He treated me very well. I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding support. Drs are not only an Excellent Doctors in KIMS HOSPITAL , but also being simple like Dr.Sreenath Rao Jakinapally ( Senior Consultant Robotic Spine Surgeon ) , as Dr.Sreenath Rao is a superb human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service .
Always amazing treatment and medical advices Dr.Sreenath Rao is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values.
- Cardiology Fitness Dr also is a good Dr and his in details inquiry about patient history .
- Anesthesiologist Fitness Dr also good Dr and taken in details all patient inquiry and his history .
- Staff in Radiology department , Laboratory , Reception are very kind with the patients as ther way of sweet talking and care is like a way of treatment.

4. Investigation experience : selection of the investigation related to the disease .
These reports contain the findings of the medical tests that a patient has undergone and confirm if they need hospitalisation and active treatment.

My opinion about international team is an excellent as they are taken care of me from day one till my departure .

But i prefer from KIMS hospital management to bring KIMS on a level of international care Hospitals level by extend its services to the patients from all countries across the globe.

- The International Patient Services department offers needs 24*7 customized services and personal attention.

- Facilitate the marketing team to provide their support and services to the patients ;
- Hospital advertisement in Medalist and African countries in social media .

- Creating a strong relationship with other organisations to facilitate release the Visas to the patients .

Thought to share the feedback about Mrs. Sandra. She speaks very politely & her behaviour is very good. Very prompt about the consultation & other process in front office. Very systematic and good experience over receiving the patient/ clients till they leave the hospital.

Thought to share the feedback about Sister Reena. She speaks very politely & her behaviour is very good. Takes utmost care of the babies. She convinces the baby for vaccination & other medications with toys & all. Explains the do's & don'ts of the baby with parents. Very prompt about the check ups & other process before & after the doctor consultation. Very systematic and good experience over receiving the patient/ clients till they leave the hospital.

We had good service here in KIMS.
Dr Hygrive Sir gave initial treatment and also explained process the way he was treating, hospitality and mental support given by him helped us a lot to go head with the procedure. Dr Krishna kumar sir performed surgery, he was also so nice while explaining and giving mental support to patient and us . Thank you so much to the team .

Room no.1489 - Doctors' service has been very good, Dr Vasundara Cheepurupalli is excellent in her approach to patients in giving confidence.. Room service as a whole is good and satisfied . Dr puja has been very helpful, supportive and excellent in explaining to others.

My wife was admitted in kims Hospital secbd, it was our precious pregnancy and we were undergoing treatment under M Madhavi mam and we are blessed with a baby girl, hospital Services is excellent!!!!!!!! Staff is professional and had a great experience at 14th floor.

Dr Parthasarathy and his team were wonderful. They explained the process and answered all queries before and after the procedure.
The room was clean and staff was very cooperative.

My sister Lakshmi had admitted in 1492A under dr.Vasundara mam ,all the service of Gynic ward 14D is extremely good , Including Nursing staff,floor manager madam,House keeping and F&B service is were good.we are very happily leaving nd we are happy with all the dept services.

Was lucky enough to meet Founder/CEO KIMS Dr. BHASKAR RAO Sir for my uncles CABG Advise. He himself being very experienced Cardio Thoracic Surgeon have explainedabout the best possible treatment for my uncle. So we decided to go with 4 grapht CABG and the same was performed by Dr Bhaskar Rao Sir, Dr Vijay kumar Devraj Sir successfully. Due to my uncles financial condition we urged Sir to reduce the cost of Surgery and without hasitating he said will take care of that and and during discharge without reminding on the same, He himself asked the finance team to reduce the bill amd made us more than happy. Very Humble and down to earth person. Have seen very rare CEOs like him. Thank You So much Bhaskar Rao Sir.
