Staffs were very good. The seva kendra is well facilitated for waiting. It is basically open from Monday to Saturday and it can be easily spotted from traffic. It is located in place called OFFICE TILLA. It is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

There are one lady Stuff of PSK Dharmanagar is good in communication.What ever your problem you can ask her for solution she will definitely help you even If you have some mistakes in your documents she will recommend you better alternative solution.She cares about Her clients carefully.Yes she is little bit rude but I will say it is applicant's fault .They don't follow her command properly. Whenever you want to take appointment you will get a space just the next day .This is very positive thing.
And I will say overall the experience is good .

Ovearall service is good and smooth..

Not punctual with their time of opening. My appointment was on 9:15am in the morning but they opened the office after 10:30 am. And also behaviour of one their staff is very rude. And there is hardly any space to sit except for few chairs. Well, one good thing about this passport office is frequent availability of the appointments in comparison with Agartala Passport Office where it takes almost 40-50 days for the appointment. ALSO, Place is neat and clean.

POPSK Seva at its worst. Appointment time is not being followed. Peoples had to stand outside or sit (if a chair is available out of 5 chair only).
There is not even a single fan in the waiting area.
