Our recently concluded tour of Nepal (17.3.24)will be remembered for many years because it was planned and executed meticulously. We enjoyed the tour from the beginning to end. This was possible because of the personal attention and interest taken by Madam Madhuchanda of Hyderabad office. I wish her all the best of luck.

I had booked a trip to kashmir in the month of April
We had a pathetic experience from southern travels. Rooms as given in the itinerary is different from that of rooms provided to us. There’s no co ordination between the driver and guide on the day planning basis.
Except the food rest all was a very bad service. Even the branch office from Seshadripuram are so careless to even explain the itinerary details during booking the trip to Kashmir. They give you an itinerary book and tell us only to go through. To even book the gandola ride they gave a wrong date to book and messed the whole trip and we missed our phase 1 & 2 ride as well. Its there job to give the basic details correctly which is after all there job to do.
Every single day was fights that we could see between the guide and other people from trip with one or the other issue
Its looked so unprofessional from the guide to not even explain the day planning or about the places.
We had two sets of people one bus and one tempo each of us was treated very differently and partiality.
We had to stand in road around mid night until 1 because our rooms wasn’t allocated and the guide was unsure where to put few of Them so he randomly put us in a very bad hotel where there was no cleanliness and maintenance.
The tempo seating wasn’t good, ac was broke, tv doesn’t work in temp the list goes on and on.
Three of the days we had to spend our money on lunch and dinner because the driver was late to reach the point and we paid for room as well from our end 7000 for accommodation from 3 families .
3 families from tempo had a bad experience that we spent an additional amount more due to bad planning from the travel end.
They are least bothered to even reimburse the amount or even respond to the mail. One of the worst experience we had

Would highly NOT recommend southern travels. If anything goes wrong the management is least bothered to solve the issue. There was a lot of additional costs raised from our end apart from the curated package that they provided! It’s better to choose some other travels than to spend and experience it this bad way

We had booked in southern travels to srinagar but the hotel arrangements was worst, the hotel given in Itenary was different from we got whn we went thr and travel agency didn't respond and the hothat hotel receive was very bad
