Hotel Driftwood

The hotel is clean and most suitable for any kind of travellers. Rooms are beautiful with well maintained standard. Staffs are very polite and helpful in everything you ask from them. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The food from their restaurant is tasty, hygienic and very much affordable. They won't charge you any more than their menu but they discount the total price. They also have a small bar with live music. Doesn't matter whether you are with family or group of friends, this hotel is perfect for your stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others and again stay here if I myself come to Port Blair.

We were in Driftwood hotel room no 301 . The royal castle is spacious,spik and span . The view is breathtaking. Food in the restaurant at first floor is amazing .Pizza was excellent. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious . Request the hotel owners to keep the rates at the same level.

Stayed three nights in hotel and it was a good experience and food is good and loved the drink “phuljhari” soda must try a great refreshing drink. Connectivity is also good

Stopped in for a drink at Drifters Bar and got exceptional service and a very relaxed vibe. When I come back to Port Blair, I will definitely look at rooms for a possible stay.

Room was great also went to hotel bar specially one of the staff abhijeet ghos, he was great in his services. Over and all everything was great 👍

I recently stayed at the Driftwoods, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The combination of a comfortable stay and a delightful dining experience made this trip truly memorable. The hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. Every meal I had there was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The dinner menu featured both local and international dishes, and I was never disappointed with my choices. The staff at the restaurant especially Mr. Ghosh and Mr. Johnny were not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the dishes, making recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. The service was top-notch. The staff especially Mr. Ghosh and Mr. Johnny were friendly, courteous, and always eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing information about local attractions, or ensuring prompt room service, their professionalism was commendable.

Excellent food preparation. If you happen to visit the place please choose abhishek ghosh as your service provider( waiter) , he is skilled, better than people at expensive restaurant, additionally he brings better deals and offers with attractive discounts. Best bar and weekend club of Port Blair! Good service by Abhijeet Das! He was always prompt, to give us the best service. Food was also good and delicious. Highly recommended.

I had 10 days stay in Andaman islands. Hotel driftwood was the best hotel we stay at. The staff was extra friendly. The boy at the reception, Arun, was always there to help. He made sure we had breakfast at 5 in the morning before check-out as I am diabetic and can’t leave empty stomach.

Home away from Home Comfortable stay with very cheerful and home staff .Highly recommended for visitors .

I stayed there with my wife and a toddler in the last week of Sep'22, Ambience of the hotel is good, with clean n cosy rooms. Service is also very good, location is just fine, can't complain on it, it's around 3km from Haddo Jetty, when one has booked early morning ferry, one should stay near the jetty, that's a positive thing about its location. They can arrange scooty and water sports too.
There is an in house bar and restaurant price of which are exorbitant, that's why I didn't have meal there, so can't review on it.
Though, we had not chosen for breakfast while booking the room, they packed us sandwich, fruit and some snacks for our early morning ferry, it was a great gesture. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend it.

I faced a problem while booking through Agoda, the hotel denied my booking although I had made full payment i.e. Rs.1350. Then I re booked the hotel room through goibibo for Rs.1950.
