District & Sessions Court

The District and Sessions Court of Port Blair, Andaman, stands as a symbol of justice and legal proceedings in this remote part of India. Having recently attended a court session as an observer, I was impressed by the overall efficiency and professionalism displayed by the court staff and legal professionals.

The court building itself is well-maintained and easily accessible, located centrally in Port Blair. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find a systematic security check, ensuring the safety of all visitors and maintaining the integrity of the court proceedings. The premises were clean and organized, creating a conducive environment for legal matters.
One of the highlights of the District and Sessions Court of Port Blair was the impressive knowledge and experience exhibited by the presiding judges. Their impartiality and dedication to ensuring justice were evident in their conduct during the proceedings. Observing the cases, I found that the judges listened attentively to the arguments presented by the lawyers and demonstrated a fair and balanced approach in delivering their judgments.

The courtroom proceedings were conducted with decorum and adherence to legal protocols, showcasing the professionalism of the lawyers. The legal representatives demonstrated a thorough understanding of the cases they were handling and presented their arguments eloquently. However, I did notice some minor delays in the proceedings due to the heavy caseload, which could potentially be addressed with enhanced administrative measures.

This court is jurisdiction of Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta. This court is situated best place rather than other court.
