Avg. working system, some times huge crowd, some times no money/giving only upto 5k or even 2k INR or sometimes they simply send u home & they will say u come tomorrow though u have sufficient balance in ur A/c. Lockdown 2 pic..

Good Place for Banking services

Very bad service, anytime you go there want cash the bankers say no cash available

Bank of India, Masmohana branch, in Koderma district is basically a rural area service branch. Have a strong customer base in its periferal areas, which is around 5-6 kilometres in radius.
Hence now we come on services that is worst in district. Unnecessary delays and very slow nature of work culture among employees are the main reason that one can experience everyday in bank. That's why Bank remains all the time crowded. and people are wasting so much time on their peny bank activities.
Actually above explanations are basically based on prior to covid 19 era. And now you can assume the situation in covid 19 time. In plane words it's horrible experience if you recently visited the bank.
But I am optimistic person and hopeful to get a better service in next visit. other customers of this bank are also requested to please leave a comment.
Actually it's a example of monopoly. Because BOI is single bank that is operated in this area. So there is no competition.
That's why staff are irresponsible and very rude in behaviour.
And also this is a rural area branch. But this is a CBS branch and available all the banking services except locker facility.
One ATM is also available but remains all the time closed or not in function.
