The worst manager Mr Nagarjuna doesn't allow customer to stay around and shop peacefully he always insist indirectly the customer to leave the shop premises as soon as possible. So pathetic and indecent behaviour.

The worst experience I have faced in this shop is when we ask anything in English housekeepers are laughing upfront and insulting customers really not all having ethics to the employee who works here.
Please teach them how to behave with customers.

I went for perfumes.there are no proper facilities to test the aroma or the smell of the perfumes.they simply removed the actuator-pump’s nozzle and asked me to smell it near the opening.what is that?!!!!!
The executive that came to assist me has absolutely no people skills at all.
She didn’t ask what I want,didn’t give me options,no attitude to perusing the customer to other options which might interest me for other products,no social skills as to how she addresses the customer,no response to questions I asked but she was just showing or telling me what she has or knows of the store.
I asked her who the manager is?she just ignored my question and was telling something which I in the first place did it find it useful.
I asked her again and she didn’t answer my question.
I stopped and asked her if she will respond to my question .she called some other girl to assist me.
Such arrogance and attitude really angered me ,especially,because I ,being a customer,was trying to be nice,even addressing her respectfully quoting all my statements and questions with “meeru”(Telugu word that shows minimum respect to the second person,a second person pronoun in Telugu).
I couldn’t tolerate such indiscipline and unfriendly environment so I just walked out warning her of her attitude and the way she speaks.
The billing was very useful in his response and way he tried to explain about the product I was looking for.He knew what the store offers the customers,so may be he should be there on the floor assisting customers instead of just billing.

Worst experience....selected product gone missing....irresponsible answer from working people...how can dey miss product at the billing counter...its the last piece available ....jst keep it selected things in ur basket don't give for salesman...

staff is really rude and doesn't respond to queries properly.
