Nice Station, Neat and clean Platforms more over people will cross the platforms without foot bridge. It's very dangerous but people will go like that. Need improve platform water facility and need to maintain security check every day. overall good to visit

Only one ticket counter is available in morning hours...so take ticket early to avoid queue line.
Many food stalls are available on all 4 platforms,escalator is available always,lift is also available 24/7, Waiting rooms are maintained neatly.

The station was nice and clean but all the facilities are not available right now. Stations is still under heavy renovation. Find the AC waiting hall at platform number 4 but it was not AC. The lights are not on also. It has two entrance the main is from Platform 4 which goes straight to auto and bus stand. The platform 1 entrance is less populated.

I love this place bcoz I'm nellorian....One of the fast growing cities in Andhrapradesh...and we can see the lot of changes Very soon ...

Good station with lift facilities for passengers

Total of 4 platforms. Their maintenance is good. Products cost is little bit High and food quality is fine. Escalator facilities available. Lift facility is also available. There is parking charge. It is little bit high. No need to book a cab. Bus stop is near to the station.

A different railway station. Here you need not climb so many steps to go to 2nd platform. A subway takes you to any platform other than the first. Cleanliness is maintained well.

Though cleanliness is not in the required standard ,, we ourselves can take the luggage , without any help / service of the luggage porters ...... Irrespective of age ,it is more helpful to all the passengers .......

Much tiresome due to renovation work. On PF 1 they could have arranged sitting opportunity. After the announcement about the arrival of train Simhapuri express we stood waiting for a longtime.

The roadside transport facility is very good. Also those who travel will be fine too. The railway station is also clean. There is also a facility to go to the bus stand at any time.

Very convenient place for passengers in Nellore city so
Morning and evening times have a full rush with employees and students and night with passengers going long distance.
List of some Unfortunate changes in timings.
1.Yeswantpur to howrah express was very convenient for 100's of daily traveling employees traveling towards north upto tenali and vijayawada,it was rescheduled to evening.
2. Jammu tavi to chennai, Lucknow to Chennai, charminar express and few more trains including weekly trains used to stop in between 5am and 7 am and this has been a boon to passengers traveling to Chennai, gudur, sullurpeta, tirupati etc these were also rescheduled to early hours ,now they are coming in between 2 and 5 am.
3. No trains from Nellore to tirupati in the morning time and for return in evening to assist daily traveling employees .
4. Seater train double decker is scheduled at midnight stop in Nellore. It is an overnight train from visakapatnam to tirupati via samalkota-bzwada-ngnt-nlr with no single sleeper coach. Who will take a Seater train during night travel 🤔?

5. Vande bharat t18 trains timings are of no use because of the timings. From Morning 6- 8 am ,Nellore needs a trains to Chennai and tirupati ,but this vb travels in opposite destination. In the evening employees need a superfast from Chennai and tirupati to return to Nellore, but this vb travels in opposite destination.

Nellore needs superfast trains to ferry 100's of passengers especially employees and students towards major cities(Chennai, Ongole, Tenali (vijaywada) and tirupati) everyday morning and evening.
Present intercity from gdr to bza has less coaches means not meeting with the needs .tight packed coaches are hell to get into the coach and get down.

Very good one it is now remodelling stage half of the works also completed

Station is very good and neatly maintained , it's connecting station for all eastwn railways to south easten railway

So good clean station with some Pasingers during covid times all trains in time and clean coachs
