Sea Hills Hotels, Port Blair

We had great experience at this hotel. Staff is very friendly. We were travelling with our baby and had forgot our one of the bag at the hotel. Reception staff was very helpful for retrieving the bag. Special shout out to Anuradha who helped us with such situations.
We loved view from room. And their food was delicious. Breakfast spread was amazing. Not to mention view from their restaurant and bar which is spectacular. And for the couple who is travelling with baby it was great stay.

It’s very near to all the places to be visited at Port Blair. Food is good. Hospitality is very good. Staff members very nice. Cleanliness and room service is good.
One more thing wanted to share… don’t miss to taste RED SNAPPER fish which will be available only during November to January and it tastes delicious and the cook was excellent in preparing it.
A big thanks to Rayhan and Sonu restaurant staff who suggested about the fish and their service was excellent.👍🏻

This hotel has excellent customer service. The rooms are well maintained and room service is quickly available for anything that you need. The staff are extremely patient, helpful and were polite. Manager Neel was very professional, calm and always looking out for the guests. Had a wonderful experience vacationing here with my family.

This is an awesome Hotel to stay. Its near and clean, beautiful and very good service. Staffs are all really good. They have done a very good arrangement for my birthday celebration. Tanmay and Sonu were really good, loved their service and hospitality.

This hotel can be a good option for premium stay for ur vacation in port Blair.
The hospitality is extremely well all the staff is cooperative and polite.
The view is really soothing.
Only drawback is it's location that feels bit unsafe and there is no parking. The hotel is situated inside a residential locality with narrow road .

The in house restaurant Cleopatra at sea hills has great food specially north Indian dishes.

Day 1 stay was here at Sea hills resort in Port Blair. Staffs were welcoming and food was good as well. Sonu staff in garden restaurant gave a good service and shared some locations to visit as well. Overall it was really nice.

THE UNIQUE BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH THE MOST WARM YET SUAVE STAY IN PORT BLAIR
Arriving and being at the Island is being at an oasis of serene luxury.As we checked in, we were greeted by a courteous bright-eyed young boy at the reception with traditional guest welcoming fresh fruit juice. The rooms are well equipped with elegant furnitures and fittings and offcourse with a cozy balcony evoke a quaint charm.
There were some specific instances of excellent hosting. Every morning a variety of veg. and non-veg. palatable Indian breakfast being served in the decent dining arena with great view added with enchanting music.
Mr.Rihan the softspoken handsome young guy was always special and excellent in taking care of our ultimate satisfaction.
Another Bengali young guy Mr.Tanmoy carried the same sense of courtesy and responsibility and adhered in pleasing guests be in restaurant or room service.
The unique property is already in the league of this Island fantasy with it's inventiveness.

The food was excellent, everything else was good, on lar with the basic standards but the the food deserves a praise, the lobster we had was awesome, had 5 lobsters during our entire visit and never tired of it. Special thanks to Neel and team for those amazing lobsters.

I stayed 2 days in Sea Hills hotels .....'twas a wonderful an excellent experience.Reception staffs were
much welcoming....their welcome refreshment were really outstanding. Coming to food and restaurant staff....They were the best I have ever seen in my whole life..Even the housekeepers were also very much responsive.....Overall if I accumulate.....This hotel has really a class....I would like to revisit this hotel.....and would definitely recommend recommend all.

The best stay and food I have had till yet, specially the staff and Neil and his team were so warm and hospitable , catering to our needs with flexibility and finesse. Their food is just like a cheery on the top of all. It's a must visit if going to port Blair .

Sea Hills Hotel was the high point of our trip to the Andamans.
We have been to many places and stayed in many hotels, both within and outside India - but we will remember Sea Hills as
one of the top most hotel experiences that we have had. And the biggest contributor to that experience is their staff.
In each and every department, they score a resounding 10 on 10.

Location:
Located in the Shadipur area of Port Blair, it is on the same side of town as the important tourist points like Cellular Jail, Marina Bay, Flag Hoisting Point, and a short drive away from Corbyn's Cove.
The hotel's restaurant and the bar area provide a marvellous view of the sky and the sea.
Port Blair is actually a hilly town, and if you are traveling with kids and/or elderly folk, you may need to book a car for local sightseeing. The hotel reception help out with that, if needed.

Reception:
The reception that we received at the hotel was extremely courteous - the reception lounge was quite comfortable even in the hot sun. We were given welcome drinks that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Service:
The service levels of this hotel are simply outstanding and it is the staff which gives this hotel a definite edge over its competitors. And this is across board. There is not a single department in Sea Hills, where we found the staff or service lacking. Courteous, well-trained, prompt, efficient and multi-lingual. As a result, all our requests got handled promptly and efficiently by the staff.
For example, our fridge was initially not switching on. With a single phone call, Mr. Tanmay from maintenance came. Realizing that it would take more than 5 mins, he replaced the fridge with a temporary one, so that we are not inconvenienced. And he fixed the original one withi a matter of thirty minutes or so.
Mr. Shiva from Housekeeping would promptly appear at the door, addressing all our requests around towels, laundry, milk that had to be heated - you name it and it was done!

Simply put - this place is hospitality at its highest levels. From a service point of view, the staff of Sea Hills can give even the 5 star hotels of this country stiff competition.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Sea Hills Hotel for any stay in Port Blair. A complete value-for-money and perfect experience. I, personally, look forward to staying here, next time I plan to visit the Andamans.
